दतिया - अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट एवं सचिव जिला आपदा प्राधिकरण दतिया श्री विनोद भार्गव ने जिले के बड़े मंदिर परिसरों में आगजनी की दुर्घटना रोके जाने हेतु समुचित उपाए जारी किए है। जिससे आगजनी जैसी दुर्घटनाओं पर रोक लग सके। श्री भार्गव ने जो उपायों में निर्देश दिए है वह इस प्रकार है। मंदिर परिसर में विधुत सुरक्षा का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाये। क्योंकि अधिकतर आगजनी की घटनायें शोर्ट सर्किट के कारण होती है। मंदिर परिसर में कोई कटे तार एवं खुले हुए विधुत पैनल ना हो। अगर हो तो उनका समुचित तरीके से इंसुलेशन किया जाये ताकि दुर्घटना की स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो। मंदिर परिसर में जहां पर प्रसाद एवं भोजन बनाया जाता है वहां पर रखे एलपीसी सिलेण्ड़रों की विशेष सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जाये एवं परिसर को धूम्रपान निषेध घोषित किया जाये। प्रायः यह देखने में आता है कि हस्त चलित अग्निश्मन यंत्र क्रियाशील नहीं होते है और उनके संचालन के संबंध में कर्मचारियों को जानकारी नहीं होती है। अग्निशमन यंत्रों को चलाने के लिए मंदिर परिसर मंे काम कर रहे सुरक्षा गार्ड, पुलिस बल एवं पुजारियों सहित सभी को इस हेतु ट्रेनिंग दिया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाये। आगजनी की घटना को रोकने हेतु समय-समय पर फायर मोकड्रिल की जाये। मंदिर परिसर में लगे अग्निश्मन यंत्रों का समय-समय पर रखरखाव किया जाये। मंदिर परिसर में प्राथमिक चिकित्सा किट रखना सुनिश्चित करें। मंदिर परिसर में आपातकालीन नम्बर डिस्प्ले चस्पा कराये जाये। मंदिर परिसर में ज्वलनशील सामग्री न रखें एवं विशेष सावधानी भी रखी जाये।

So that accidents like fire can be prevented. The measures given by Shri Bhargava are as follows. Special care should be taken about electrical safety in the temple premises. Because most of the fire incidents occur due to short circuit. There should not be any cut wires or open electrical panels in the temple premises. If so, they should be properly insulated so that accidents do not arise. Special security arrangements should be made for the LPC cylinders kept in the temple premises where Prasad and food are prepared and the premises should be declared non-smoking. It is often seen that manual fire extinguishers are not functional and employees are not aware of their operation. It should be ensured that everyone including the security guards, police force and priests working in the temple premises are given training in operating the fire fighting equipment. Fire mock drills should be conducted from time to time to prevent incidents of arson. The fire extinguishers installed in the temple premises should be maintained from time to time. Make sure to keep a first aid kit in the temple premises. Emergency number displays should be pasted in the temple premises. Do not keep inflammable materials in the temple premises and special caution should also be taken.
