खरगोन - आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन के मद्देनजर कलेक्टर श्री कर्मवीर शर्मा के निर्देशन में सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त श्री अभिषेक तिवारी के मार्गदर्शन में अवैध मदिरा के विरूद्ध विशेष अभियान चलाकर कार्यवाही की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में जिला खरगोन के आबकारी दल ने 26 मार्च को सुबह तड़के समय 7 बजे से आबकारी उड़नदस्ता प्रभारी श्री सजेंद मोरी के नेतृत्व में टीम क्रमांक (1) वृत खरगोन अ, ब, स एवं भीकनगांव के संयुक्त दल ने वृत्त भीकनगाव के ग्राम दामखेड़ा, दगड़खेड़ी एवं नीमखेड़ा में दबिश दी गई। दबिश दौरान मध्य प्रदेश आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 34(1)क के तहत (07)प्रकरण दर्ज कर 3 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किये गए। इस दौरान 200 लीटर अवैध हाथभट्टी शराब एवं 2500 किग्रा महुआ लहान बरामद  कर प्रकरण दर्ज कर विवेचना में लिया है। यह प्रकरण वृत्त प्रभारी सचिन भास्करे द्वारा दर्ज किया गया है। कार्यवाही में जप्त की गई अवैध मदिरा का बाजार मूल्य लगभग 2 लाख 80 हजार रुपए है। टीम क्रमांक (2) में व्रत महेश्वर के ग्राम जलकोटी, सम्राट केरिया खेड़ी, माहेश्वरी नदी किनारे कार्यवाही की गई। इस कार्यवाही में 7 प्रकरण दर्ज कर 1 आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। कार्यवाही के दौरान 210 लीटर अवैध हाथ भट्टी शराब, 3200 किग्रा महुआ लहान जप्त किया गया, जिसका अनुमानित मूल्य 3 लाख 51 हजार 500 रुपए है। यह प्रकरण आबकारी उप निरीक्षक देवराज नगीना द्वारा दर्ज किए गया है।  इस तरह दो स्थानों पर की गई कार्यवाही में जप्त सामग्री 410 बल्क लीटर अवैध हाथ भट्टी मदिरा एवं 5700 क्रिग्रा महुआ लहान जप्त किया गया है। जिसका अनुमानित मूल्य 6 लाख 31 हजार 500 रूपए है। सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त श्री अभिषेक तिवारी ने बताया कि अवैध मदिरा विक्रेताओं के के खिलाफ अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेगा। कार्यवाही में जिले के आबकारी उपनिरीक्ष मुकेश गौर, अजयपाल भदौरिया, मोहनलाल भायल, ओम प्रकाश मालवीय, तृप्ति आर्य, भारती मासरे, शिवम चौरसिया, सार्थक वर्मा एवं आबकारी मुख्य आरक्षक/आरक्षक का सहारनीय योगदान रहा।

Excise Department's continuous action against illegal liquor continues

Khargone - In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, action is being taken by running a special campaign against illegal liquor under the guidance of Assistant Excise Commissioner Mr. Abhishek Tiwari under the direction of Collector Mr. Karmaveer Sharma. In this series, the Excise team of District Khargone, under the leadership of Excise Flying Squad In-charge Mr. Sajend Mori, from 7 am in the morning on March 26, a joint team of Team No. (1) Circle Khargone A, B, C and Bhikangaon, attacked village Damkheda of Circle Bhikangaon. Raids were conducted in Dagdkhedi and Neemkheda. During the raid, 07 cases were registered under Section 34(1A) of the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act and 3 accused were arrested. During this time, 200 liters of illegal hand-built liquor and 2500 kg of Mahua Lahan have been recovered and a case has been registered and taken under investigation. This case has been registered by circle in-charge Sachin Bhaskere. The market value of the illegal liquor seized in the proceedings is approximately Rs 2 lakh 80 thousand. In team number (2), action was taken at village Jalkoti, Samrat Keria Khedi, Maheshwari river bank of Vrat Maheshwar. In this proceeding, 7 cases have been registered and 1 accused has been arrested. During the operation, 210 liters of illegal hand distillery liquor, 3200 kg Mahua Lahan, whose estimated value is Rs 3 lakh 51 thousand 500, was seized. This case has been registered by Excise Sub Inspector Devraj Nagina. In this way, in the action taken at two places, the seized material was 410 bulk liters of illegal hand kiln liquor and 5700 kg of Mahua Lahan. Whose estimated value is Rs 6 lakh 31 thousand 500. Assistant Excise Commissioner Shri Abhishek Tiwari said that the campaign against illegal liquor sellers will continue. District Excise Sub Inspector Mukesh Gaur, Ajaypal Bhadauria, Mohanlal Bhayal, Om Prakash Malviya, Trupti Arya, Bharti Masare, Shivam Chaurasia, Sarthak Verma and Excise Chief Constable/Conservator had a helpful contribution in the proceedings.
