बडवानी - कलेक्टर डॉ. राहुल फटिंग ने सीएम हेल्पलाईन पोर्टल पर माह फरवरी 2024 में अनिराकृत पाई गई शिकायतों का निराकरण संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा नही करने एवं वरिष्ठ कार्यालयों द्वारा निर्देश के उपरांत भी निर्देशों की अवहेलना करने के फलस्वरूप प्रति शिकायत 1000 रुपये के मान से 4 शिकायतों के लिए अधिकारियों पर जुर्माना अधिरोपित किया है। साथ ही यह आदेशित भी किया है कि शिकायतों का अनिराकृत होने की पुर्नावृत्ति न हो। लोक सेवा प्रबधंक विभाग के जिला प्रबंधक श्रीमती शारदा सराफ से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार जनपद पंचायत सेंधवा के सीईओ श्री वीरेन्द्र कुमार श्रीवास्तव पर 2 शिकायतों के लिए, बीईओ ठीकरी श्री केसी सुनहरी तथा प्रभारी सीडीपीओ श्री विकास गुप्ता पर 1-1 शिकायत के लिए प्रति शिकायत 1-1 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना अधिरोपित किया है। उक्त अर्थदण्ड की राशि 07 दिवस में एसडीएम बड़वानी रेडक्रास सोसायटी में जमा कर लोक सेवा प्रबंधन विभाग को रसीद की छायाप्रति उपलब्ध करायेंगे।
Collector imposed fine on officers who did not resolve complaints of CM Helpline
Barwani - Collector Dr. Rahul Fating has charged Rs 1000 per complaint as a result of not resolving the complaints found unresolved on the CM Helpline portal in the month of February 2024 by the officers of the concerned department and disregarding the instructions even after instructions by senior offices. Fine has been imposed on officials for 4 complaints. It has also been ordered that there should be no repeat of complaints not being resolved. According to the information received from Mrs. Sharda Saraf, District Manager of Public Service Management Department, CEO of District Panchayat Sendhwa Mr. Virendra Kumar Srivastava has been charged for 2 complaints, BEO Tikri Mr. KC Sunhari and in-charge CDPO Mr. Vikas Gupta for 1 complaint each. A fine of Rs 1,000 has been imposed. SDM Barwani will deposit the said fine amount in the Red Cross Society within 07 days and provide a photocopy of the receipt to the Public Service Management Department.
