महासमुंद - अवैध शराब विक्रय के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही के दौरान ग्राम जिवतरा थाना महासमुंद में जिवतरा डेरा नदी किनारे अज्ञात आरोपी के कब्जे से लावारिस स्थिति में 20 लीटर हाथ भट्टी महुआ शराब एवं 50 किलोग्राम महुआ लाहन जप्त कर अज्ञात आरोपी के विरुद्ध धारा 34(1)(क), 34(2), 34(1)(च) 59(क) के तहत कार्यवाही की गई। मौके पर आरोपी की तलाश करने पर एवं गांव वालों से पूछताछ पर उनका कोई पता नहीं चला। प्रकरण को विवेचना में लिया गया, पतासाजी जारी है। उक्त कार्रवाई आबकारी वृत्त महासमुंद शहर प्रभारी आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक श्री मुकेश कुमार वर्मा के नेतृत्व में की गई। उक्त कार्यवाही के दौरान आबकारी उप निरीक्षक वृत्त बागबाहरा विकास बढेंद्र, आबकारी उप निरीक्षक वृत्त महासमुंद आन्तरिक हृदय कुमार तिरपुडे, आरक्षक संजय तिवारी तथा आबकारी स्टाफ महासमुंद शहर/ग्रामीण/आंतरिक/बागबाहरा उपस्थित थे।
Continuous action continues against illegal liquor sale
Mahasamund - During the action against illegal liquor sale, 20 liters of Hand Bhatti Mahua Liquor and 50 Kgs of Mahua Lahan were seized from the possession of an unknown accused in unclaimed condition on the banks of river Jivatra Dera in village Jivatra Police Station Mahasamund and Section 34 (1) was invoked against the unknown accused. Action was taken under IPC, 34(2), 34(1)(f) and 59(a). After searching the accused on the spot and interrogating the villagers, no trace of him was found. The matter was taken up for investigation, investigation is ongoing. The said action was taken under the leadership of Excise Sub-Inspector Shri Mukesh Kumar Verma, in-charge of Excise Circle Mahasamund City. During the said proceedings, Excise Sub Inspector Circle Bagbahra Vikas Badhendra, Excise Sub Inspector Circle Mahasamund Interior Hriday Kumar Tirpude, Constable Sanjay Tiwari and Excise Staff Mahasamund City/Rural/Interior/Bagbahra were present.
