निर्वाचन व्यय संबंधी विवादों या प्रकरणों के निराकरण हेतु जिला व्यय निगरानी समिति गठित gathit Aaj Tak 24 News |
रायसेन - लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन-2024 शांतिपूर्ण, स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष एवं निर्विघ्न रूप से सम्पन्न कराने तथा निर्वाचन व्यय संबंधी विवाद तथा प्रकरणों के निराकरण हेतु कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अरंविद दुबे द्वारा जिला व्यय निगरानी समिति का गठन किया गया है। जिसमें व्यय प्रेक्षक संसदीय क्षेत्र 17-होशंगाबाद तथा संसदीय क्षेत्र 18-विदिशा, कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी रायसेन तथा श्री आरके गुप्ता जिला कोषालय अधिकारी एवं नोडल अधिकारी व्यय निगरानी लोकसभा निर्वाचन-2024 शामिल हैं। यह समिति अभ्यर्थी या उसका निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता व्यय संबंधी विवाद अथवा व्यय से संबंधित दिए गए नोटिस जो संबंधित रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर द्वारा दिया जाता है, जिसमें नोटिस दिए जाने का कारण दर्शाया गया हो, इस आशय के प्रकरण यदि जिला स्तरीय व्यय निगरानी समिति के समक्ष आते हैं तो जिला स्तरीय समिति संबंधित अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्रदत्त किए गए नोटिस का जवाब एवं साक्ष्यों का परीक्षण करने के पश्चात 72 घण्टे की समयावधि में अपना निर्णय देगी।
District Expenditure Monitoring Committee constituted to resolve disputes or issues related to election expenditure.
Raisen - District Expenditure Monitoring Committee has been constituted by Collector and District Election Officer Shri Arvind Dubey to conduct Lok Sabha General Elections-2024 in a peaceful, free, fair and uninterrupted manner and to resolve disputes and issues related to election expenditure. Which includes Expenditure Observer Parliamentary Constituency 17-Hoshangabad and Parliamentary Constituency 18-Vidisha, Collector and District Election Officer Raisen and Shri RK Gupta District Treasury Officer and Nodal Officer Expenditure Monitoring Lok Sabha Election-2024. This committee will look into the issues related to expenditure of the candidate or his election agent or the notice given by the concerned Returning Officer indicating the reason for giving the notice, if such cases come before the District Level Expenditure Monitoring Committee. Then the district level committee will give its decision within a time period of 72 hours after examining the evidence and reply to the notice given by the concerned candidate.
