जिला व्यय अनुवीक्षण समिति का गठन gathan Aaj Tak 24 News 

धार - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रियंक मिश्रा ने भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन-2024 संसदीय क्षेत्र-25 धार-महु के लिये जिला व्यय अनुवीक्षण समिति (DEMC) का गठन किये जाने का आदेश जारी किया है। जिसमें निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के प्रभारी व्यय प्रेक्षक, कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी, अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी तथा नोडल अधिकारी व्यय अनुवीक्षण रहेंगे। यह अभ्यर्थी या उसके निर्वाचन अभिकर्ता को दिये गये नोटिस में छुपाये गये व्यय का खंडन करते है तो वे असहमति के कारण उल्लेख करते हुए उत्तर प्रस्तुत करेंगे। ऐसी स्थिति में उक्त समिति जिला स्तर पर साक्ष्यों की जॉंच उपरांत आयोग के निर्देशानुसार उचित निर्णय लेगी।

Formation of District Expenditure Monitoring Committee

Dhar - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Priyank Mishra has issued an order by the Election Commission of India to constitute District Expenditure Monitoring Committee (DEMC) for Lok Sabha General Election-2024 Parliamentary Constituency-25 Dhar-Mhow. In which the expenditure observer, Collector and District Election Officer, Additional Collector and Sub District Election Officer and Nodal Officer will be in charge of the constituency to monitor the expenditure. If these candidates or their election agents deny the expenditure concealed in the notice given, then they will submit a reply mentioning the reasons for disagreement. In such a situation, the said committee, after examining the evidence at the district level, will take appropriate decisions as per the instructions of the Commission.
