बलौदाबाजार -  जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं कलेक्टर श्री के. एल. चौहान की अध्यक्षता में  सोमवार को संयुक्त जिला कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में नोडल अधिकारियों का प्रशिक्षण सम्पन्न हुआ।कलेक्टर श्री चौहान  ने  गंभीरतापूर्वक  प्रशिक्षण लेकर निर्वाचन से संबंधित दायित्व का बेहतर निष्पादन करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये। प्रशिक्षण में निर्वाचन के विभिन्न प्रक्रिया को  संपादित करने के लिए नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारियों  के कार्यों के विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।  इनमें  मतदाताओ को मतदान के लिए जागरूक करने के लिए स्वीप के तहत जागरूकता रैली, मशाल रैली,सायकल रैली,रंगोली व पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता, मानव श्रृंखला निर्माण, कानून व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, वीडियोग्राफी  एवं वेब कास्टिंग,मतदान दलों, मतदान सामग्री वितरण एवं संग्रहण दलों का गठन, मतदान दलों सेक्टर अधिकारियों का प्रशिक्षण, डाक मतपत्रो एवं सुविधा केंद्रों की स्थापना, एमसीएमसी , निर्वाचन व्यय अनुवीक्षण,ईव्हीएम एवं व्हीव्हीपैट, मतपत्र व्यवस्था ,मतगणना  पश्चात ईव्हीएम मशीनों का  सीलिंग, मतदान केंद्र आदि शामिल हैं। ज्ञातव्य है कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा कर दी गई है जिसके अनुसार जिले में 7 मई 2024 को मतदान होना है। प्रशिक्षण में सीईओ जिला पंचायत सुश्री दिव्या अग्रवाल, अपर कलेक्टर सुश्री दीप्ति गौते सहित एआरओ एव नोडल अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Ensure better work performance by taking serious training – Collector

Balodabazar - District Election Officer and Collector Shri K. l. Under the chairmanship of Shri Chauhan, the training of nodal officers was completed in the meeting room of the Joint District Office on Monday. Collector Shri Chauhan instructed the officers to take the training seriously and perform their election related responsibilities better. In the training, detailed information was given about the functions of the nodal officers appointed to carry out various election processes. These include awareness rally, torch rally, cycle rally, rangoli and painting competition, human chain formation, law and order, security arrangements, videography and web casting, polling parties, distribution and collection of voting material under the sweep to make voters aware about voting. Formation of parties, training of polling parties and sector officers, establishment of postal ballots and convenience centres, MCMC, election expenditure monitoring, EVM and VVPAT, ballot paper arrangement, sealing of EVM machines after counting, polling centers etc. It is noteworthy that the election schedule for Lok Sabha elections 2024 has been announced by the Election Commission of India, according to which voting is to be held in the district on 7 May 2024. CEO District Panchayat Ms. Divya Aggarwal, Additional Collector Ms. Deepti Gaute along with AROs and nodal officers were present in the training.
