| निर्वाचन कार्य सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने सभी तैयारियाँ सुनिश्चित की जाए - कलेक्टर collector Aaj Tak 24 News |
बालोद - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री इन्द्रजीत सिंह चन्द्रवाल ने बालोद जिले में लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन 2024 के कार्य को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने सभी तैयारियाँ सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देेश दिए हैं। जिससे की जिले में निर्वाचन संबंधी सभी कार्य बिना किसी अवरोध के निर्विघ्न रूप से संपन्न हो सके। कलेक्टर श्री चन्द्रवाल आज संयुक्त जिला कार्यालय सभाकक्ष में लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन के कार्य से जुड़े सभी नोडल एवं प्रभारी अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर उक्ताशय के निर्देश दिए हैं। बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डाॅ. संजय कन्नौजे, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री चन्द्रकांत कौशिक, संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्री अजय किशोर लकरा सहित सभी नोडल एवं प्रभारी अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे। बैठक में श्री चन्द्रवाल ने सभी नोडल एवं प्रभारी अधिकारियों से उनके कार्य एवं दायित्वों के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी ली तथा निर्वाचन संबंधी दायित्वों केे समुचित निर्वहन हेतु की गई तैयारियों के संबंध में भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने राजस्व अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों से उनके अनुविभाग के तैयारियों के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने सभी राजस्व अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों को अपने अधिनस्थ सेक्टर अधिकारियों के माध्यम से अपने प्रभार वाले मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कराकर जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने ग्रीष्म ऋतु को देखते हुए मतदाताओं के लिए मतदान केन्द्रों में पेयजल एवं छांव इत्यादि की समुचित व्यवस्था कराने के निर्देश भी दिए। इसके अलावा मतदान दल के अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों के लिए भी पेयजल आदि के अलावा सभी जरूरी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। श्री चन्द्रवाल ने सभी राजस्व अनुविभागीय अधिकारियों को मौके पर पहुँचकर मतदान केन्द्रों के व्यवस्थाओं का अवलोकन करने को कहा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने पिछले विधानसभा आम निर्वाचन के दौरान कम मतदान प्रतिशत वाले मतदान केन्द्रों में मतदान प्रतिशत को बढ़ाने हेतु किए जा रहे उपायों के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्हांेने अधिकारियों को इसके लिए जरूरी उपाय सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी दिए। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को नियमित रूप से मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कर मतदान के लिए वहाँ बेहतर व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। श्री चन्द्रवाल ने एफएसटी एवं एसएसटी दल के तैयारियांे की भी समीक्षा की और उन्होंने कहा कि आदर्श आचार संहिता प्रभावशील होने के तत्काल बाद इसका कार्य शुरू हो जाएगा। उन्होंने एफएसटी एवं एसएसटी दल के कार्य को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने हेतु जिले के संवेदनशील चेकपोस्ट में सीसीटीवी कैमरा की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की भी जानकारी दी। श्री चन्द्रवाल ने लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन हेतु परिवहन व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए जिला परिवहन अधिकारी को निर्वाचन कार्य हेतु पर्याप्त मात्रा में वाहन व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्वाचन कार्य में लगने वाली वाहनों के लिए डीजल-पेट्रोल आदि की व्यवस्था करने के भी निर्देश दिए। बैठक में कलेक्टर ने जिला स्तरीय मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण समिति के गठन एवं कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए नोडल अधिकारी श्रीमती पूजा बंसल एवं जनसंपर्क अधिकारी श्री चन्द्रेश ठाकुर से इस कार्य को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने की गई तैयारियों के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने पेड न्यूज के निर्धारण के समय विशेष सावधानी बरतने तथा इस संबंध में नियमानुसार कार्यवाही कर समय पर इसकी जानकारी प्रस्तुत करने के भी निर्देश दिए। बैठक में उपस्थित सभी नोडल एवं प्रभारी अधिकारियों ने अपने कार्याें एवं दायित्वों के सफलतापूर्वक निर्वहन हेतु की गई तैयारियों के संबंध में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी दी।
All preparations should be ensured for successful completion of election work - Collector
Balod - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Inderjit Singh Chandrawal has given instructions to ensure all preparations for successful completion of Lok Sabha General Election 2024 in Balod district. So that all the election related work in the district can be completed smoothly without any hindrance. Collector Shri Chandrawal today held a meeting of all the nodal and in-charge officers associated with the work of Lok Sabha General Election in the Joint District Office meeting room and gave instructions to the above effect. In the meeting, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat, Dr. Sanjay Kannauje, Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Chandrakant Kaushik, Joint Collector Mr. Ajay Kishore Lakra and all the nodal and in-charge officers were present. In the meeting, Shri Chandrawal took detailed information from all the nodal and in-charge officers regarding their work and responsibilities and also took information regarding the preparations made for proper discharge of election related responsibilities. He took information from the revenue sub-divisional officers regarding the preparations of their sub-division. He has instructed all the revenue sub-divisional officers to ensure necessary arrangements by getting the polling stations under their charge inspected through their subordinate sector officers. In view of the summer season, he also gave instructions to make proper arrangements for drinking water and shade etc. in the polling stations for the voters. Apart from this, he was also asked to ensure all necessary arrangements including drinking water etc. for the officers and employees of the polling party. Shri Chandrawal asked all the revenue sub-divisional officers to reach the spot and inspect the arrangements of the polling stations. Apart from this, he took information regarding the measures being taken to increase the voting percentage in the polling stations which had low voting percentage during the last assembly general elections.He also instructed the officials to ensure necessary measures for this. The Collector and District Election Officer instructed the District Education Officer to regularly inspect the polling stations and ensure better arrangements for voting there. Shri Chandrawal also reviewed the preparations of FST and SST team and said that its work will start immediately after the Model Code of Conduct comes into effect. He also informed about providing the facility of CCTV cameras in sensitive checkposts of the district to ensure smooth completion of the work of FST and SST teams. While reviewing the transport arrangements for the Lok Sabha general elections, Shri Chandrawal instructed the District Transport Officer to ensure adequate vehicle arrangements for the election work. Apart from this, he also instructed the officials of the Food Department to make arrangements for diesel-petrol etc. for the vehicles used for election work. In the meeting, the Collector, while reviewing the formation and works of the District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee, took information from Nodal Officer Mrs. Pooja Bansal and Public Relations Officer Mr. Chandresh Thakur regarding the preparations made to complete this work smoothly. He also instructed to take special care while determining paid news and take action in this regard as per rules and submit the information on time. All the nodal and in-charge officers present in the meeting gave detailed information regarding the preparations made for successfully discharging their tasks and responsibilities.
