जांजगीर-चांपा - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री आकाश छिकारा ने कलेक्टोरेट कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन के संबंध में अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। कलेक्टर श्री छिकारा ने कहा कि आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने के लिए सभी अपने दायित्वों का जिम्मेदारी पूर्वक निर्वहन करें। उन्होंने सभी कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संचालन करने के निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर अपर कलेक्टर श्री एसपी वैद्य, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री गोकुल कुमार रावटे, अपर कलेक्टर श्रीमती लवीना पांडेय, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती निशा नेताम मंडावी सहित विभागीय अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। कलेक्टर ने सभी मतदान केन्द्रों में बिजली, पानी छाया जैसे आवश्यक मूलभूत सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण करते हुए भौतिक सत्यापन करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ग्रीष्म ऋतु के मद्देनजर प्रशिक्षण एवं मतदान केंद्रों में आवश्यक व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर  ने  एसएसटी, एफएसटी, वीएसटी की जानकारी ली। इसके अलावा डाक मत पत्र, निर्वाचन प्रशिक्षण, चिकित्सा दल एवं मेडिकल किट की व्यवस्था, शिकायत शाखा, निर्वाचन व्यय लेखा, कानून एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, कंप्यूटरीकरण एवं वेब कास्टिंग, स्वीप कार्यक्रम, मीडिया प्रमाणन अनुवीक्षण पेड न्यूज के संबंध में विस्तारपूर्वक नोडल अधिकारियों से जानकारी ली। कलेक्टर ने उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों को उनको दिए गए कार्यों को निरंतर सुचारू रूप के करने तथा रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्वाचन के शिकायत प्रणाली के सबंध में सी विजिल एवं प्राप्त शिकायतों का शीघ्रता से निवारण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षणार्थियों को निर्वाचन संबंधी जानकारी का अधिक से अधिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करें, ताकि सभी प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को सभी गतिविधियों की जानकारी प्राप्त हो सके।
