सरगुजा - जिले में शांतिपूर्ण लोकसभा निर्वाचन संपन्न कराने प्रशासन द्वारा आदर्श आचार संहिता के पालन सहित सुरक्षा एवं कानून व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने विशेष निगरानी की जा रही है। इसी क्रम में राज्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1990 की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला मजिस्ट्रेट सरगुजा श्री विलास भोसकर द्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक सरगुजा से प्राप्त प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर अनावेदक जितेंद्र कुमार जायसवाल आत्मज रामलखन जायसवाल निवासी वाड्रफनगर, हाल मुकाम ग्राम डिगमा, तहसील अम्बिकापुर जिला सरगुजा को एक साल की अवधि के लिए जिले से निष्कासित (जिला बदर) किया गया है। जारी आदेश के अनुसार उक्त व्यक्ति को जिला सरगुजा, जशपुर, रायगढ़, कोरबा, बलरामपुर तथा सूरजपुर की सीमा से आदेश दिनांक 26.03.2024 से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए जिला बदर की कार्यवाही की गई। उल्लेखनीय है कि पुलिस अधीक्षक, सरगुजा द्वारा जितेन्द्र कुमार जायसवाल के खिलाफ राज्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1990 की धारा 5(क)(ख) के प्रावधानों के तहत (जिला बदर) कार्यवाही करने का प्रतिवेदन पेश किया गया। पुलिस अधीक्षक सरगुजा के प्रतिवेदन के आधार पर अनावेदक जितेन्द्र कुमार जायसवाल को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5(क)(ख) के तहत (जिला बदर) कार्यवाही बावत अनावेदक को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया और जवाब प्राप्त किया गया। इन्हें विधिवत सुनवाई का अवसर देते हुए अनावेदक जितेन्द्र कुमार जायसवाल के विरुद्ध अधिरोपित आरोप की पुष्टि अभियोजन साक्ष्य और रिपोर्ट कर्ता साक्ष्य के आधार पर होने के कारण अनावेदक जितेन्द्र कुमार जायसवाल को राज्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1990 के तहत एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए जिला बदर करने की कार्यवाही की गई है।

In the same sequence, using the powers given under Section 5 of the State Security Act 1990, District Magistrate Surguja Mr. Vilas Bhoskar, on the basis of the report received from the Superintendent of Police Surguja, arrested the applicant Jitendra Kumar Jaiswal, Atmaj Ramlakhan Jaiswal, resident of Wadrafnagar, Hall Muqam, Village Digma, Tehsil. Ambikapur District Surguja has been expelled from the district (District Badar) for a period of one year. According to the order issued, action was taken against the said person from the limits of District Surguja, Jashpur, Raigarh, Korba, Balrampur and Surajpur to District Badar for a period of one year from the order dated 26.03.2024. It is noteworthy that the Superintendent of Police, Surguja, submitted a report to take action against Jitendra Kumar Jaiswal under the provisions of Section 5(a)(b) of the State Security Act 1990 (District Badar). On the basis of the report of Superintendent of Police Surguja, show cause notice was issued to the non-applicant Jitendra Kumar Jaiswal regarding action under Section 5(a)(b) of the said Act (District Badar) and reply was received. Giving them an opportunity of being duly heard, since the charges against the non-applicant Jitendra Kumar Jaiswal are confirmed on the basis of prosecution evidence and reporter's evidence, non-applicant Jitendra Kumar Jaiswal has been sent to the district for a period of one year under the State Security Act 1990. Action has been taken.
