बिलासपुर - कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश शरण ने आज जिला कार्यालय के मंथन सभाकक्ष में जिले के सभी राजस्व अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर राजस्व प्रकरणों के साथ-साथ लोकसभा निर्वाचन की तैयारी के संबंध में विस्तृत चर्चा की। उन्होंने लंबित राजस्व प्रकरणों की गहन समीक्षा कर समय-सीमा में निराकरण के निर्देश भी अधिकारियों को दिए। कलेक्टर ने विवादित-अविवादित नामांतरण, विवादित-अविवादित बटंवारा, सीमांकन, व्यपवर्तन, वृक्ष कटाई के आवेदनों पर ई-कोर्ट अनुसार न्यायालयवार पीठासीन अधिकारियों से चर्चा की। उन्होंने छोटे-छोटे कामों के लिए कार्यालय में आने वाले ग्रामीणों और किसानों की समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का जल्द निराकृत करने के निर्देश दिए। नामांतरण, बंटवारा एवं सीमांकन के प्रकरणों के लंबे समय से गैर निराकृत प्रकरणों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर शीघ्र निराकृत करने हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया। नक्शा नवीनीकरण एवं नक्शा बटांकन को प्रति माह पटवारी हल्कावार रोस्टर बनाकर प्रगति लाने हेतु तहसीलदारों, नायब तहसीलदारों को कहा। उन्होंने राजस्व पुस्तक परिपत्र 6-4 के तहत बे-मौसम बरसात के कारण हुए पशु, फसल एवं मकान क्षति के प्रकरणों को शीघ्र निराकरण कर अनुदान राशि स्वीकृत करने कहा। कलेक्टर ने अतिक्रमण हटाने एवं अवैध प्लाटिंग को रोकने संबंधी प्रकरणों को पंजीबद्ध कर तत्काल निराकरण करने हेतु निर्देश सभी एसडीएम को दिए। अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति छात्रावास निरीक्षण के लिए नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारियों से प्रत्येक छात्रावासवार समीक्षा की। छात्रावास में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं जैसे पानी की उपलब्धता, शौचालय, भोजन व्यवस्था जैसी अन्य विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। कलेक्टर ने छात्रावास में अव्यवस्था के लिए जिम्मेदार पाये जाने पर अधिकारी-कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश सहायक आयुक्त, आदिवासी विकास विभाग को दिए।

Bilaspur - Collector Shri Avnish Sharan today held a meeting of all the revenue officers of the district in the Manthan meeting room of the district office and discussed in detail about the revenue matters as well as the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections. He also gave instructions to the officials to thoroughly review the pending revenue cases and resolve them within the time limit. The Collector discussed the applications for disputed and undisputed transfer, disputed and undisputed partition, demarcation, diversion and tree cutting with the court-wise presiding officers as per the e-court. He took seriously the problems of villagers and farmers coming to the office for small works and gave instructions to solve their problems quickly. Officials were directed to resolve long pending cases of demarcation, division and demarcation within a week. Told the Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars to bring progress in map renewal and map sharing by making Patwari Halka wise roster every month. Under Revenue Book Circular 6-4, he asked to immediately resolve the cases of damage to animals, crops and houses due to unseasonal rains and approve the grant amount. The Collector gave instructions to all the SDMs to register the cases related to removal of encroachment and stop illegal plotting and resolve them immediately. Each hostel-wise review was conducted by the nodal officers appointed for inspection of Scheduled Caste and Tribe hostels. Discussed in detail the facilities available in the hostel like availability of water, toilets, food arrangements and other topics. The Collector gave instructions to the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department to take action against the officer-employee found responsible for the disorder in the hostel.
