जांजगीर-चांपा - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री आकाश छिकारा ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के निर्वाचन कार्य के सुचारू संपादन हेतु जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशानुसार स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष निर्वाचन के लिए सभी अधिकारी सौंपे गए दायित्वों का निर्वहन गंभीरतापूर्वक करेंगे। लोकसभा निर्वाचन अंतर्गत नाम निर्देशन, मतदाता सूची, मानवीय संसाधन की व्यवस्था पोस्टल बैलेट जैसे सभी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य समय पर करने कहा। निर्वाचन के महत्वपूर्ण कार्य सजगता एवं सक्रियतापूर्वक करेंगे। मतदान केन्द्रों में पेयजल, बिजली, रैम्प, साफ-सफाई सहित अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि आदर्श आचार संहिता के दौरान सभी अधिकारी समन्वित तरीके से कार्य करेंगे। स्थैतिक निगरानी दल, उडऩदस्ता दल, वीडियो निगरानी दल, वीडियो अवलोकन टीम के दल के कार्यों की लगातार मानिटरिंग करें। उन्होंने निर्वाचन सामग्री वितरण एवं मतदान दलों की रवानगी एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के संबंध में चर्चा की। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने वाहन की व्यवस्था ईटीपीबीएस संबंधित कार्य, वेबकास्टिंग, प्रशिक्षण, ईवीएम-वीवीपेट की उपलब्धता, सी-विजिल, मतदान सामग्री वितरण एवं मतदान दलों की वापसी, निर्वाचन के दौरान कंट्रोल रूम, चिकित्सकीय दल, मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण, पेड न्यूज, मीडिया सेल के संबंध में जानकारी ली। बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर श्री एस पी वैद्य, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री गोकुल कुमार रावटे, सर्व एसडीएम, तहसीलदार सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।

Janjgir-Champa - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Akash Chhikara held a meeting of district level officers for the smooth conduct of the election work of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The Collector said that as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India, all the officers will seriously discharge their assigned responsibilities for free and fair elections. Under the Lok Sabha elections, all the important works like nomination, voter list, arrangement of human resources, postal ballot etc should be done on time. Important election tasks will be carried out alertly and actively. Instructions were given to ensure drinking water, electricity, ramp, cleanliness and other basic facilities in the polling stations. The Collector said that during the Model Code of Conduct, all the officers will work in a coordinated manner. Constantly monitor the work of static surveillance team, flying squad team, video surveillance team, video observation team. He discussed regarding distribution of election material and departure of polling parties and other important work. Along with this, he made arrangements for vehicles, ETPBS related work, webcasting, training, availability of EVM-VVPAT, C-Vigil, distribution of voting material and return of polling parties, control room during elections, medical team, media certification and monitoring, paid news.
