बुरहानपुर - जिले में खाद्य पदार्थ विक्रय करने वाले विक्रेताओं जैसे-मिठाई दुकान, होटल, डेयरी, फल-सब्जी, जूस सेंटर, स्कूलों में बनने वाला मध्यान भोजन, बच्चों को वितरित किए जाने वाला पोषण आहार, ढाबा, भोजनालय, राशन दुकान, मेडिकल स्टोर, अनाज विक्रेता, शराब की दुकान, शासकीय अशासकीय केंटिन, प्राइवेट स्कूलों में खाना बनाने वाले कैटर्स इत्यादि को खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं पंजीयन करना आवश्यक है। यह जानकारी जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी श्री कमलेश डाबर ने दी। उन्होंने बताया कि, बिना पंजीयन या लाइसेंस कोई दुकान पायी जाती है, तो खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक अधिनियम की धाराओं के अंतर्गत कार्यवाही की जाएगी। खाद्य लाइसेंस बनाने के लिए एमपी ऑनलाइन कियोस्क पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं या ेिेबवेण्ेिेंपण्पद पर लॉगिन करके खुद भी अपना लाइसेंस रजिस्ट्रेशन घर बैठे बनवा सकते है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी सुश्री भव्या मित्तल के निर्देशानुसार जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा खाद्य पदार्थ में हो रही मिलावट पर रोकथाम हेतु प्रभावी रूप से कार्यवाही की जा रही है। इस दौरान संयुक्त दल द्वारा विभिन्न डेरी, होटल, किराना, दुकानों की जांच की गई। दल द्वारा अर्जुनदास गोपालपुर से जीरा व गरम मसाला, गणेश नमकीन भंडार से मूंगफली दाना, खजूर, चने, अपना होटल से मावा बर्फी, लड्डू व मूंग दाल, दानिश डेयरी से दूध, दही, कडू सेव भंडार से मावा जलेबी व बूंदी के लड्डू, शर्मा दूध डेयरी मंडी बाजार बुरहानपुर से घी व दही का नमूना लिया गया।
