अशेाक नगर - कलेक्टर श्री सुभाष कुमार द्विवेदी की अध्यक्षता में आगामी रंगपंचमी पर 29 मार्च से 31 मार्च 2024 तक लगने वाले तीन दिवसीय करीला मेला की सम्पूर्ण तैयारियां एवं व्यवस्थाओं के संबंध में करीला में मंगलवार को समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री द्विवेदी ने कहा कि तीन दिवसीय करीला मेला में आदर्श आचरण संहिता का पालन कर संबंधित अधिकारी करीला मेला का आयोजन सम्पन्न करायें।मेले में अधिकारियों को जो दायित्व मिले है,वे उन्हें पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी के साथ निभाएं। कलेक्टर श्री द्विवेदी ने पीएचई विभाग को निर्देशित किया कि सम्पूर्ण मेले के दौरान पेयजल व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ हो यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएं। उन्होंने एसडीएम मुंगावली को निर्देशित किया कि मेला के दौरान जेसीबी,क्रेन,एम्बुलेंस एवं फायर बिग्रेड का स्थान चिहिन्त कर उन्हें नियत स्थानों पर रखा जाए। कलेक्टर श्री द्विवेदी ने कहा कि मेले के दौरान शराब पूर्णत: प्रतिबंधित रहेगी।उन्होंने आबकारी विभाग को निर्देशित किया निरंतर चेंकिग कर अवैध शराब की धड़पकड़ की जाए। उन्होंने जिला परिवहन अधिकारी एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि मेले के दौरान शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने व्यक्तियों को पकड़कर हादसों को रोका जाए। साथ ही वाहनों के परमिट,फिटनेस एवं ओवर लोडिंग की निरंतर चेंकिग की जाए। बैठक के दौरान कलेक्टर ने सभी अधिकारियों को करीला मेला के सफल आयोजन के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी एवं सभी अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री विनीत कुमार जैन,सीईओ जिला पंचायत डॉ.नेहा जैन,अपर कलेक्टर श्री मुकेश कुमार शर्मा,अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत श्री एन.एस.नरवरिया,अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह कंवर,डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री मनीष धनगर,करीला ट्रस्ट अध्यक्ष श्री महेन्द्र यादव सहित संबंधित जिला अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
Review meeting held regarding preparations for Karela Mela
Ashek Nagar - Under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Subhash Kumar Dwivedi, a review meeting was organized on Tuesday in Karila regarding the complete preparations and arrangements for the three-day Karila Fair to be held from 29 March to 31 March 2024 on the upcoming Rangpanchami. In the meeting, Collector Mr. Dwivedi said that the officials concerned should complete the organization of the Karela Fair by following the model code of conduct in the three-day Karela Fair. The officers should fulfill the responsibilities given to them in the fair with full responsibility. Collector Shri Dwivedi directed the PHE department to ensure that the drinking water system is strong during the entire fair. He directed SDM Mungawali to mark the location of JCB, crane, ambulance and fire brigade and keep them at the designated places during the fair. Collector Shri Dwivedi said that liquor will be completely banned during the fair. He directed the Excise Department to crack down on illegal liquor by doing continuous checking. He directed the District Transport Officer and police officers to prevent accidents by catching people driving under the influence of alcohol during the fair. Also, there should be continuous checking of permits, fitness and overloading of vehicles. During the meeting, the Collector congratulated all the officers for the successful organization of Karila Mela and inspired all the officers to work responsibly. In the meeting, Superintendent of Police Mr. Vineet Kumar Jain, CEO District Panchayat Dr. Neha Jain, Additional Collector Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sharma, Additional Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Mr. N.S. Narwaria, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Gajendra Singh Kanwar, Deputy Collector Mr. Manish Dhangar were present. Karila Trust President Mr. Mahendra Yadav and concerned district officers were present.
