कांकेर -  लोकसभा निर्वाचन-2024 अंतर्गत निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की शुद्धता को बनाये रखने के लिए कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अभिजीत सिंह के निर्देशानुसार आज विभिन्न बैंकों के शाखा प्रबंधकों की बैठक जिला कार्यालय में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में शाखा प्रबंधकों को निर्वाचन के दौरान संदेहजनक लेन-देन के संबंध में आवश्यक सूचना जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय को प्रतिदिन देने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया। साथ ही अभ्यर्थियों को निर्वाचन के प्रयोजनार्थ बैंक खाता खोलने के लिए समर्पित काऊंटर की व्यवस्था करने, खाते में जमा तथा आहरण को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर स्वीकार करने की भी बात कही गई। इसके अतिरिक्त बैंकों द्वारा यथार्थ एवं उचित नगदी, परिवहन संबंधी जानकारी बैठक में दी गई। बैठक में वरिष्ठ कोषालय अधिकारी श्री रामानंद कुंजाम, श्री लारेंस कुमार एवं लीड बैंक मैनेजर श्री खलखो उपस्थित थे।

Meeting of branch managers of banks held

Kanker - To maintain the purity of the election process under Lok Sabha Elections-2024, as per the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Abhijeet Singh, a meeting of branch managers of various banks was organized in the district office today. In the meeting, branch managers were directed to give necessary information to the District Election Office daily regarding suspicious transactions during elections. Besides, the candidates were also asked to arrange for a dedicated counter to open a bank account for the purpose of election and to accept deposits and withdrawals from the account on priority basis. Apart from this, accurate and proper information related to cash and transportation was given by the banks in the meeting. Senior treasury officers Mr. Ramanand Kunjam, Mr. Lawrence Kumar and Lead Bank Manager Mr. Khalkho were present in the meeting.
