अशेाक नगर - मध्‍यप्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण जबलपुर के निर्देशानुसार एवं प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश/अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण श्री पवन कुमार शर्मा के मार्गदर्शन में मंगलवार को प्रधान न्यायाधीश, कुटुम्ब न्यायालय श्री शरद भामकर द्वारा कुटुम्ब न्यायालय परिसर, अशोकनगर में मध्यस्थता जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। उक्त शिविर में प्रधान न्यायाधीश, कुटुम्ब न्यायालय श्री शरद भामकर द्वारा उपस्थित पक्षकारों को बताया गया कि मध्यस्थता एक सशक्त माध्यम है। इसमें ऐसे सकारात्मक परिणाम प्राप्त होते हैं जिससे पक्षकारों के मध्य भविष्य की सभी मुकदमेबाजी की संभावना समाप्त होकर विरोधी पक्षों में सौहार्द्रपूर्ण संबंध स्थापित हो जाते हैं। न्यायालय में अत्यधिक प्रकरण गरीब व मजदूर वर्ग के लोगों के आते है, जिससे वे अपना खर्च उठाने में असमर्थ रहते हैं। इस कारण सुलह समाधान केंद्र के माध्यम से सुलहकर्ताओं द्वारा दोनों पक्षकारों के बीच सुलह कराई जाती है, आपसी समझौतों से राजीनामा योग्य प्रकरणों का निराकरण होने से दोनों ही पक्ष जीत जाते हैं और कोई नहीं हारता है, जिससे पक्षकारों का समय भी बचता है। मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से आपराधिक व दीवानी प्रकरणों का निराकरण के परिणाम स्वरूप पक्षकारों का समय व धन की बचत के साथ-साथ प्रकरणों में आगे कि अपीलीय प्रक्रियाओं से होने वाली असुविधाओं से बचाव होने के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। उपस्थित पक्षकारों को आपसी समझौते व मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से अपने प्रकरणों का निपटारा करवाकर मध्यस्थता का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। साथ ही लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसल से निःशुल्क अधिवक्ता नियुक्ति के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई। उक्त शिविर में जिला विधिक सहायता अधिकारी बृजेश पटेल, लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसल अधिवक्ता श्री हिमांशु पाराशर, अधिवक्तागण, कुटुंब न्यायालय के कर्मचारीगण सहित पक्षकार उपस्थित रहे।

Mediation awareness camp organized in family court complex Ashoknagar

Ashok Nagar - As per the instructions of Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur and under the guidance of Principal District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, a mediation awareness camp was organized by Chief Justice, Family Court, Mr. Sharad Bhamkar in the Family Court premises, Ashoknagar on Tuesday. to be done. In the said camp, Chief Justice, Family Court Shri Sharad Bhamkar told the parties present that mediation is a powerful medium. In this, such positive results are achieved that all possibilities of future litigation between the parties are eliminated and cordial relations are established between the opposing parties. Most of the cases in the court come from poor and working class people, due to which they are unable to bear their expenses. For this reason, reconciliation is done between the two parties by the conciliators through the Conciliation Resolution Center. By resolving the negotiable issues through mutual agreements, both the parties win and no one loses, which also saves the time of the parties. Detailed information was given about the saving of time and money of the parties as a result of resolution of criminal and civil cases through mediation, as well as avoidance of inconveniences arising from further appellate processes in the cases. The parties present were encouraged to avail maximum benefits of mediation by getting their cases settled through mutual agreement and mediation. Also, information was given regarding appointment of free advocate from Legal Aid Defense Counsel. District Legal Aid Officer Brijesh Patel, Legal Aid Defense Counsel Advocate Mr. Himanshu Parashar, advocates, family court staff and the parties were present in the said camp.
