सीधी - जिला कोषालय अधिकारी मुकेश तिवारी ने सभी आहरण संवितरण अधिकारियों से इस वित्तीय वर्ष के बिल 27 मार्च तक प्रस्तुत करने का अनुरोध किया है। उन्होंने कहा है कि वित्तीय वर्ष का समापन हो रहा है। इस माह में 29 मार्च गुड फ्राईडे, 30 मार्च को शनिवार तथा 31 मार्च को रविवार को शासकीय अवकाश है। 31 मार्च को बैंकों की वार्षिक लेखाबंदी होगी। इसलिए सभी बिल 27 मार्च तक अनिवार्य रूप से कोषालय में प्रस्तुत कर दें। जिससे इन्हें समय पर पारित करके भुगतान किया जा सके। कोषालय में 27 मार्च के बाद केवल वेतन, मेडिकल, विद्युत, टेलीफोन, पेंशन तथा वेतन एरियर्स के बिल ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। वेतन में नियमित शासकीय सेवकों के साथ-साथ मानसेवी वेतन, मानदेय, मजदूरी वेतन, आंगनवाड़ी कोटवार, होमगार्ड्स आदि के वेतन शामिल हैं जिनका वेतन बैंक खाते के माध्यम से किया जाता है। पूर्व से कोषालय में प्रस्तुत बिल आपत्ति निराकरण के लिए 27 मार्च के बाद भी स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। पूंजीगत व्यय से संबंधित बिल तथा केन्द्रीय योजनाओं से संबंधित बिल भी 27 मार्च के बाद स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। शेष बिलों को स्वीकार करने के लिए आयुक्त कोष एवं लेखा की अनुमति तथा अनुशंसा आवश्यक होगी।

Sidhi - District Treasury Officer Mukesh Tiwari has requested all the withdrawal disbursement officers to submit the bills of this financial year by March 27. He has said that the financial year is coming to an end. In this month, 29 March is Good Friday, 30 March is Saturday and 31 March is Sunday, government holiday. Annual closing of accounts of banks will take place on 31st March. Therefore, it is mandatory to submit all the bills to the treasury by 27th March. So that these can be passed and paid on time. After March 27, only bills of salary, medical, electricity, telephone, pension and salary arrears will be accepted in the treasury. The salary includes salaries of regular government servants as well as mansevai salaries, honorarium, labor salaries, Anganwadi Kotwar, home guards etc. whose salaries are paid through bank accounts. Bills already presented in the treasury will be accepted even after March 27 for resolution of objections. Bills related to capital expenditure and bills related to central schemes will also be accepted after March 27. To accept the remaining bills, permission and recommendation of the Commissioner of Treasury and Accounts will be required.
