जिले के सभी आहरण संवितरण अधिकारी 22 मार्च तक जिला कोषालय में जमा करेंगे चेकबुक chekbook Aaj Tak 24 News 

महासमुंद - जिला कोषालय अधिकारी श्री संजय चौधरी ने बताया कि जिले के सभी आहरण संवितरण अधिकारी 22 मार्च 2024 तक चेकबुक जिला कोषालय में जमा करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के समस्त प्रकार के देयक 22 मार्च तक ही जिला कोषालय महासमुंद में स्वीकार किये जायेंगे एवं छत्तीसगढ़ शासन वित्त विभाग के अनुसार कार्य विभाग के चेकबुक 22 मार्च तक ही जिला कोषालय महासमुंद में जमा करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए निर्धारित समयावधि में बजट संबंधी देयक कोषालय एवं उपकोषालय में जमा करें एवं कार्य विभाग चेकबुक जमा करें ताकि समयावधि में निराकरण हो सके।

Mahasamund - District Treasury Officer Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary said that all the withdrawal disbursement officers of the district will deposit the checkbooks in the district treasury by 22 March 2024. He said that all types of bills for the financial year 2023-24 will be accepted in the District Treasury Mahasamund only till March 22 and as per the Finance Department of Chhattisgarh Government, the check books of the work department will be deposited in the District Treasury Mahasamund only till March 22. He said that following the instructions, the budget related bills should be deposited in the treasury and sub-treasury within the stipulated time and the work department should submit the check book so that it can be resolved within the time period.
