अवैध शराब निर्माण एवं विक्रय के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही karyawahi Aaj Tak 24 News 

महासमुंद - अवैध शराब निर्माण एवं विक्रय के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने के सम्बन्ध में ग्राम मेमरा थाना पिथौरा में चमरु यादव उम्र 47 वर्ष के कब्जे की विधिवत तलाशी लिए जाने से पांच लीटर क्षमता वाली दो नग प्लास्टिक जरकन में भरी हाथ भट्टी अवैध महुआ शराब मात्रा 10 लीटर एवं 21 नग देशी प्लेन पाव में भरी मदिरा मात्रा 3.78 लीटर कुल मात्रा 13.78 लीटर जब्त किया गया। आरोपी के विरुद्ध धारा 34(1)(क), 34(2), 59(क) के तहत प्रकरण कायम कर गिरफ्तार किया गया एवं माननीय न्यायालय पिथौरा से रिमांड प्राप्त कर जेल दाखिल कराया जाएगा। उक्त कार्रवाई आबकारी वृत्त बसना के आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक नितेश बैस के विशेष मार्गदर्शन में वृत्त पिथौरा प्रभारी आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक अनिल कुमार झारिया द्वारा संयुक्त कार्यवाही की गई। उक्त कार्यवाही के दौरान कुंजराम ध्रुव मुख्य आरक्षक, संजय मरकाम आरक्षक एवं समस्त आबकारी स्टाफ पिथौरा/बसना उपस्थित थे।

Action against illegal liquor manufacturing and sale

Mahasamund - In connection with taking action against illegal manufacturing and sale of liquor, due to the formal search of the possession of Chamru Yadav aged 47 years in village Memra police station Pithora, two pieces of five liter capacity plastic jar filled with hand furnace illegal Mahua liquor quantity 10 liters. And liquor filled in 21 pieces of country plain pav, quantity 3.78 litres, total quantity 13.78 liters was seized. A case was registered against the accused under section 34(1)(a), 34(2), 59(a) and he was arrested and after getting remand from the Honorable Court Pithora, he will be lodged in jail. The above action was taken jointly by Excise Sub Inspector Anil Kumar Jharia, in-charge of Pithora Circle, under the special guidance of Excise Sub Inspector Nitish Bais of Excise Circle Basna. During the said proceedings, Kunjram Dhruv Chief Constable, Sanjay Markam Constable and all the Excise staff Pithora/Basna were present.
