गरियाबंद - लोकसभा निर्वाचन के मद्देनजर मतदाताओं को अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग करने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से जागरूक किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री दीपक अग्रवाल के निर्देशानुसार एवं मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत श्रीमती रीता यादव के मार्गदर्शन में जिले में विभिन्न स्वीप गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में समूह की महिलाओं ने मतदान जागरूकता कलश दीप यात्रा आयोजित की। साथ ही जागरूकता रैली आयोजन के अलावा महिलाओं ने अपने हाथों में मतदाता जागरूकता के संदेशों से युक्त रंग-बिरंगी मेहंदी लगाकर मतदान का संदेश दिया। जनपद पंचायत गरियाबंद के कोचबाय संकुल संगठन की स्व सहायता समूह की महिलाओं ने स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत लोगो को जागरूक करने व शत प्रतिशत मतदान हेतु पारम्परिक रूप से मतदान कलश यात्रा निकाली। यह यात्रा संकुल केंद्र से शुरू होकर पूरे गांव का भ्रमण करते हुए मतदान केंद्र पर समाप्त हुई। मतदान जाकरूकता के लिए लोक परम्परा और संस्कृति के अनुसार जब कलश यात्रा निकाली गई तो कई ग्रामीणजन स्वमेव इस यात्रा में जुड़ते गए। यात्रा में शामिल महिलाओं द्वारा मतदाता जागरूकता के नारे व गीत गाये गये। मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के तहत जिले के विभिन्न गांवों में भी अनेक गतिविधियों का संचालन किया गया। इसी कड़ी में तिरंगा क्लस्टर संगठन रानीपरतेवा में महिलाओं द्वारा मतदान शपथ ग्रहण कर कलश यात्रा के साथ रैली निकाली गई। संकुल संगठन मदनपुर में भी समूह की महिलाअें ने कलश यात्रा निकालकर लोगों को मतदान के लिए प्रेरित किया। विकासखण्ड फिंगेश्वर अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत अरण्ड में महिलाओं ने रैली निकालकर तथा घर-घर जाकर लोगों को मतदान के लिए प्रेरित किया। जिले के दूरस्थ अंचल देवभोग के ग्राम पंचातय रोहनागुड़ा की महिलाओं ने भी कलश यात्रा निकालकर जागरूकता अभियान में सहभागिता निभाई। संकुल संगठन मदनपुर की महिलाओं ने मतदाता जागरूकता के विभिन्न श्लोगनों एवं नारो को रंग-बिरंगी मेंहदी के रूप में अपने हाथों में उकेरी।

Gariaband - In view of the Lok Sabha elections, voters are being made aware through various activities to exercise their franchise. As per the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Deepak Aggarwal and under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Mrs. Rita Yadav, various sweep activities are being organized in the district. In this series, the women of the group organized voting awareness Kalash Deep Yatra. Apart from organizing the awareness rally, women gave the message of voting by applying colorful henna with voter awareness messages on their hands. Women of Self Help Group of Kochbay Sankul Organization of District Panchayat Gariaband traditionally took out Voting Kalash Yatra to make people aware and ensure 100% voting under the SVEEP programme. This journey started from the cluster center and toured the entire village and ended at the polling station. When the Kalash Yatra was taken out as per the folk tradition and culture for voting, many villagers spontaneously joined the yatra. Voter awareness slogans and songs were sung by the women participating in the yatra. Under the voter awareness programme, many activities were also conducted in various villages of the district. In this series, a rally was taken out along with Kalash Yatra by the women in Tricolor Cluster Organization Raniparteva, after taking the oath of voting. In the cluster organization Madanpur too, the women of the group took out Kalash Yatra and inspired people to vote. In Gram Panchayat Arand under Fingeshwar development block, women took out a rally and went door-to-door and inspired people to vote. Women of Village Panchayat Rohanaguda of Devbhog, a remote area of the district, also participated in the awareness campaign by taking out Kalash Yatra. The women of the cluster organization Madanpur engraved various slogans and slogans for voter awareness in the form of colorful henna on their hands.
