भोपाल - माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता एवं संचार विश्वविद्यालय भोपाल ने शुक्रवार शाम मुंबई में आयोजित प्रतिष्ठित एडुटेनमेंट अवार्ड्स 2024 के 10वें संस्करण में कई शीर्ष सम्मान हासिल किए। पुरस्कारों में वैल्यू फॉर मनी क्रिएटिव एजुकेशन स्कूल के लिए स्वर्ण पुरस्कार और डिजिटल मीडिया स्कूल की श्रेणी में कांस्य पुरस्कार शामिल हैं। मुंबई के जियो वर्ल्ड कन्वेंशन सेंटर में आयोजित भव्य समारोह में कुलपति प्रो. (डॉ.) के.जी. सुरेश को क्रिएटिव एजुकेशन लीडरशिप (रचनात्मक शिक्षा नेतृत्व) के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट मेंटरशिप के लिए सम्मानित किया गया, जबकि डीन (अकादमिक) प्रो. पी. शशिकला रविचंद्रन को मीडिया प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट मेंटरशिप के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। कुलपति प्रो. सुरेश ने विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से सभी पुरस्कार प्राप्त किये।  प्रो.के.जी. सुरेश ने कहा कि पिछले महीने टाइम्स नाउ द्वारा एमसीयू को देश के शीर्ष सात मीडिया संस्थानों में स्थान दिए जाने के बाद यह एक बड़ा सम्मान है। प्रो. सुरेश ने आयोजकों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि एमसीयू के पास नैक की मान्यता सहित भविष्य के लिए महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाएं हैं और विश्वविद्यालय आने वाले दिनों में उत्कृष्टता के लिए प्रयास करना जारी रखेगा।

Vice Chancellor Prof. Suresh honored for creative education leadership

Bhopal – Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal won several top honors at the 10th edition of the prestigious Edutainment Awards 2024 held in Mumbai on Friday evening. The awards include a Gold Award for Value for Money Creative Education School and a Bronze Award in the Digital Media School category. In the grand ceremony organized at Jio World Convention Center, Mumbai, Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K.G. Suresh was honored for his outstanding mentorship in the field of Creative Education Leadership, while Dean (Academic) Prof. P. Sasikala Ravichandran was honored for her outstanding mentorship in the field of media technology. Vice Chancellor Prof. Suresh received all the awards from the university. Prof. K.G. Suresh said it was a great honor after Times Now ranked MCU among the top seven media organizations in the country last month. Pro. Expressing his gratitude to the organizers, Suresh said that MCU has ambitious plans for the future including NAAC accreditation and the university will continue to strive for excellence in the days to come.
