रायगढ़ - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन में मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.बी.के.चंद्रवंशी द्वारा शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र गाँधी नगर में समस्त प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी/चिकित्सा अधिकारी, आर.एम.ए, सी.एच.ओ, स्टाफ नर्स, पर्यवेक्षक, आर.एच.ओ महिला/पुरूष, डाटा एंट्री आपरेटर, मितानिनों के साथ समस्त राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम की बिन्दुवार समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने अपने निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनरूप उपलब्धि प्राप्त करने के निर्देश दियेे। संस्थागत प्रसव को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ, फोर ए.एन.सी पंजीयन शत-प्रतिशत कर घर-घर जाकर आयरन एवं कैल्शियम की दवा मरीज द्वारा सेवन किया जा रहा है उसका फालोअप करने के लिये सख्त निर्देश दिए। अस्पताल की साफ- सफाई, मरीजों के साथ कुशल व्यवहार, मौसम में बदलाव होने से दवा का भंडारण अपने संस्था में पर्याप्त मात्रा में रखने हेतु कहा। सीएमएचओ डॉ.चंद्रवंशी ने व्हीएचएसएनडी सेशन के दौरान सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पुसौर के उप.स्वा. केंद्र त्रिभौना में औचक निरीक्षण किया, जिसमें बच्चों को संपूर्ण टीकाकृत करने के निर्देश दिये जिससे एक भी बच्चा न छूटे। हाईरिस्क गर्भवती महिलाओं की सूची बनाकर प्रसव पूर्व एवं पश्चात तक निगरानी करने के निर्देश दिये।

Asked to ensure cleanliness of the hospital, efficient treatment of patients, adequate storage of medicines in the institution due to change in weather. A surprise inspection was conducted at the center Tribhauna, in which instructions were given to vaccinate the children completely so that not a single child is left out. Instructions were given to prepare a list of high-risk pregnant women and monitor them before and after delivery.
