सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़ - लोकसभा निर्वाचन के मद्देनजर कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री धर्मेश कुमार साहू ने एसएसटी, एफएसटी और वीएसटी टीम को प्रशिक्षण के दौरान कहा कि 12 अप्रैल 2024 से जिले में स्थैतिक निगरानी दल (एससटी) और वीडियो निगरानी दल (वीएसटी) की ड्यूटी प्रारंभ होगा।इस टीम का मुख्य कार्य सभी वाहनों को चेक करना है कि गाड़ी में जो सामग्री है, वो चुनाव से संबंधित है या नहीं। सामग्री का विधिवत तरीके से बिल होना चाहिए। कलेक्टर श्री साहू ने जिले के नागरिकों को अपील किया है कि किसी भी नगदी, सामग्री, साडी या अन्य वस्त्र, जेवर आदि को शादी विवाह या अन्य किसी कारणवश कम या ज्यादा मात्रा में एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान ले जा रहे हैं तो उससे संबंधित दुकान का बिल आदि गाड़ी में सवार व्यक्ति के पास होना चाहिए। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जांच के दौरान सभी अधिकारी कर्मचारी सभ्य तरीके से बात करें। संबंधित को बताएं कि यह चुनाव के दौरान का अनिवार्य चेकिंग है। चेकिंग के दौरान वीडियो रिकार्ड किया जाना है। चेक करने से पहले अधिकारी को अपना नाम वीडियो रिकार्ड में बताना होगा। इसी प्रकार श्री साहू ने सभी वीडियोग्राफर को कहा कि यह विशेष ध्यान रखे कि वीडियोग्राफी के दिनांक और समय सेट होना चाहिए। अपने ड्यूटी के पूर्व सभी बैटरी चार्ज होना चाहिए। स्टोरेज चिप, बैटरी आदि अपने पास होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस, एंबुलेंस, सरकारी गाड़ियों का भी जांच करें। आप सभी के लिए गर्व की बात है कि आप लोकसभा चुनाव में अपना भागीदारी दे रहे हैं।  मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री चूड़ामणि गोस्वामी और डीआईओ श्री आशीष वर्मा ने सीजर के दौरान प्राप्त सीज को ईएसएमएस (इलेक्शन सीजर मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम)एप में एंट्री करने के लिए कहा। इस अवसर पर उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अनिकेत साहू, एएसपी श्री चंदेल, डीएसपी श्री अविनाश मिश्रा, जिला कोषालय अधिकारी श्री चंद्रपाल सिंह ठाकुर, निर्वाचन पर्यवेक्षक हरिकिशन डनसेना, डीआईओ श्री आशीष वर्मा उपस्थित थे।
