 सूरजपुर - आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतों के ऑनलाइन रिपोर्टिंग हेतु आम नागरिकों के लिए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा सी विजिल मोबाइल एप्प तैयार किया गया है। सी विजिल में प्राप्त शिकायतों का निराकरण 100 मिनट के अंदर किया जाना होता है। इस प्रकार सी विजिल आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतों के त्वरित निराकरण का एक सशक्त माध्यम है। लोकसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2024 के दौरान सी विजिल एप्प को लोकप्रिय बनाने हेतु निम्न कार्ययोजना बनाकर कार्यवाही की जा रही है। जिले के समस्त उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों के मध्य सी विजिल के प्रयोग हेतु व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाये। राजनीतिक दलों, आम नागरिकों, जिले में उपस्थित विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों, व्यापारिक खेल संगठनों एवं सरकारी अधिकारियों को सम्मिलित करते हुए प्रमुख हित साधकों के लिए सी विजिल के प्रयोग संबंधी प्रशिक्षण सत्र का आयोजन किया जाये। समाचार पत्रों एवं स्थानीय मीडिया (टेलीविजन एवं रेडियो) के माध्यम से सी विजिल संबंधी जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाये। सी विजिल संबंधी जागरूकता को स्वीप गतिविधियों का अभिन्न अंग बनाया जाये। मतदान केन्द्रों और सरकारी कार्यालयों में सी विजिल एप्प के बारे में जानकारी प्रदर्शित की जाये। जिले की वेबसाइट पर सी विजिल एप्प डाउनलोड करने हेतु लिंक की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जावे एवं जिले के अधिकारिक सोशल मीडिया हैंडल के माध्यम से भी सी विजिल जागरूकता संबंधी वीडियो / पोस्टर अपलोड कर प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाये।

C Vigil is a powerful medium for quick redressal of complaints related to violation of code of conduct.

Surajpur - C Vigil mobile app has been developed by the Election Commission of India for common citizens for online reporting of complaints related to violation of Model Code of Conduct. Complaints received in Sea Vigil have to be resolved within 100 minutes. Thus, C Vigil is a powerful medium for quick redressal of complaints related to violation of the Model Code of Conduct. To popularize C Vigil App during Lok Sabha General Elections-2024, action is being taken by making the following action plan. Wide publicity should be given for the use of C Vigil among the students studying in all the higher educational institutions of the district. A training session on the use of Sea Vigil should be organized for key stakeholders including political parties, common citizens, various social organizations present in the district, business sports organizations and government officials. Awareness campaign regarding Sea Vigil should be conducted through newspapers and local media (television and radio). Sea Vigil awareness should be made an integral part of sweep activities. Information about C Vigil app should be displayed in polling stations and government offices. The facility of link to download the Sea Vigil app should be made available on the district website and the publicity should be disseminated by uploading videos/posters related to Sea Vigil awareness through the official social media handles of the district.
