कोरिया - राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशन में कोरिया जिले में भी  दिव्यांग रथ उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। इस सुविधा के लिए बुजुर्गों या दिव्यांग मतदाता को केवल 1950 नम्बर पर डायल करना होगा। इस सुविधा के व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार के लिए जगह जगह रैली निकालकर मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इस सम्बंध में जानकारी देते हुए कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विनय कुमार लंगेह ने बताया कि निर्वाचन में प्रत्येक मतदाता महत्वपूर्ण है और इसी महत्व को ध्यान में रखते हुए पहली बार दिव्यांग मतदाता को मतदान केंद्र तक लाने और ले जाने के लिए दिव्यांग रथ चलाया जाएगा। इस सुविधा का लाभ बुजुर्गों को भी मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि दिव्यांग रथ की सुविधा का इस्तेमाल बेहद आसान तरीके से किया जा सकता है। बुजुर्ग और दिव्यांग मतदाता 1950 नम्बर पर फोन करके मतदान दिवस पर इस सुविधा का लाभ ले सकेंगे। साथ ही इस सुविधा के लिए बुजुर्ग मतदाता और दिव्यांग मतदाता भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा बनाए गए सक्षम एप्प के माध्यम से भी इस निःशुल्क सुविधा का लाभ ले सकते हैं और लोकतंत्र के इस महापर्व में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं। जिले में चिन्हित सभी दिव्यांग मतदाताओं को शत प्रतिशत मतदान करने के लिए प्रेरित करने हेतु जिले के सभी ग्राम पंचायतों में इस रथ का लगातार प्रचार प्रसार किया जा रहा है। मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान के लिए नोडल अधिकारी, जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ आशुतोष चतुर्वेदी के देखरेख में प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायतों में दिव्यांग रथ सुविधा से जुड़ने के लिए व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विनय कुमार लंगेह ने सभी दिव्यांग और बुजुर्ग मतदाताओ को मतदान दिवस अनिवार्य रूप से इस सुविधा का लाभ लेने का आग्रह किया है।

Also, for this facility, elderly voters and disabled voters can also avail this free facility through the Saksham app created by the Election Commission of India and ensure their participation in this great festival of democracy. This chariot is being continuously propagated in all the Gram Panchayats of the district to motivate all the identified disabled voters in the district to vote 100%. Under the supervision of Dr. Ashutosh Chaturvedi, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat, Nodal Officer for Voter Awareness Campaign, a comprehensive awareness campaign is being conducted in every Gram Panchayat to connect with the Divyang Rath facility. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh has urged all the disabled and elderly voters to avail this facility compulsorily on the polling day.
