जांजगीर चांपा - प्रार्थी आनंद मिरी साकिन कोटमीसोनार थाना अकलतारा जिला जांजगीर को विघ्न बाधा दूर करने के नाम पर 10 लाख नगदी एंव एक मोबाईल को लेकर धोखाधडी करने के संबध मे लिखित रिपोर्ट पर आरोपियों के विरुद्ध अपराध क्र 89/24 धारा 420,120बी,328 भादवि का अपराध दिनांक 09.02.2024 के पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया था। प्रकरण की विवेचना के दौरान आरोपी विनोद कुमार सूर्यवंशी उर्फ विक्रम, जगदीश प्रसाद लहरे उर्फ कल्लू को दिनांक 10.02.24 को गिर.कर रिमांड पर भेजा जा चुका है।प्रकरण के आरोपी कुमार पाटले साकिन कुरमा फरार था जिसकी पुलिस द्वारा लगातार पतासाजी की जा रही थी। जिसको मुखबिर सूचना से पकड़ा जिसको घटना के संबंध में पूछताछ किया जो जुर्म स्वीकार करने पर विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर दिनांक 04.04.2024 को रिमांड पर भेजा गया है, प्रकरण के अन्य 02 आरोपी फरार है जिसकी पतासाजी की जा रही है। उपरोक्त कार्यवाही में निरीक्षक दिनेश कुमार यादव उप निरीक्षक बी.एल कोसरिया थाना स्टाफ का सराहनीय योगदान रहा।

During the investigation of the case, accused Vinod Kumar Suryavanshi alias Vikram, Jagdish Prasad Lahere alias Kallu have been arrested and sent on remand on 10.02.24. Accused in the case Kumar Patle Sakin Kurma was absconding and is being continuously traced by the police. Was. The one who was caught through informer's information, who was interrogated in connection with the incident, who after accepting the crime was duly arrested and sent on remand on 04.04.2024. Other 02 accused in the case are absconding and their whereabouts are being ascertained. Inspector Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Sub Inspector BL Kosaria police station staff had commendable contribution in the above proceedings.
