बुरहानपुर - लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन-2024 में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों तथा वीवीपीएटी का परिवहन किये जाने वाले मतदान दलों एवं सेक्टर ऑफिसर के वाहनों में यूज ऑफ व्हीकल्स जीपीएस बेस्ड ट्रेकिंग सिस्टम लगाये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया हैै। इस हेतु आयोग द्वारा एम/एस ट्रैकनोवेट मोबाईल रिसोर्स मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इंदौर को अनुबंधित किया गया है। आयोग द्वारा दिये गये निर्देशों के परिपालन में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सुश्री भव्या मित्तल ने उपरोक्त कार्य हेतु जिला स्तर पर अपर कलेक्टर श्री वीरसिंह चौहान को जीपीएस नोडल अधिकारी तथा ई-गवर्नेेंस प्रबंधक श्री मनोज मोहरे को जीपीएस सहायक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया है। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया है कि, आयोग के निर्देशानुसार लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन-2024 अंतर्गत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों एवं वीवीपीएटी का परिवहन करने वाले मतदान दलों तथा सेक्टर ऑफिसरों के प्रत्येक वाहन में जीपीएस सिस्टम लगाया जाना सुनिश्चित करें। कार्यालय में टीवी स्क्रीन के माध्यम से मॉनीटरिंग किये जाने हेतु समस्त व्यवस्थायें भी सुनिश्चित की जाये।

GPS systems will be installed in the vehicles of polling parties and sector officers.

Burhanpur - It has been directed to install Use of Vehicles GPS based tracking system in the vehicles of polling parties and sector officers transporting electronic voting machines and VVPAT in the Lok Sabha General Election-2024. For this, M/s Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management Private Limited, Indore has been contracted by the Commission. In compliance with the instructions given by the Commission, Collector and District Election Officer Ms. Bhavya Mittal has appointed Additional Collector Mr. Veersingh Chauhan as GPS Nodal Officer and e-Governance Manager Mr. Manoj Mohare as GPS Assistant Nodal Officer at the district level for the above work. He has directed that, as per the instructions of the Commission, ensure installation of GPS system in every vehicle of polling parties and sector officers transporting electronic voting machines and VVPATs under Lok Sabha General Election-2024. All arrangements should also be ensured for monitoring through TV screens in the office.
