निर्वाचन की तैयारियों को लेकर नोडल अधिकारियों की बैठक संपन्‍न sampann Aajtak24 News 

जबलपुर - कलेक्‍टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री दीपक सक्‍सेना ने आज सभी नोडल अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर निर्वाचन तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान पोस्‍टल बैलेट, एसएसटी, व्‍हीएसटी, व्‍हीव्‍हीटी व वाहन व्‍यवस्‍था आदि की विस्‍तृत समीक्षा की गई। उन्‍होंने नोडल अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे टीम के सदस्‍यों के साथ बैठक करें और आयोग के निर्देशानुसार कार्य करने के लिए कहें। साथ ही कहा कि टीम का प्रशिक्षण भी कराएं। माइक्रो आब्‍जर्बर का प्रशिक्षण एक अप्रैल को मानस भवन में करने के निर्देश दिए। रेण्‍डमाइजेशन और कमिशनिंग आब्‍जर्बर की उपस्थिति में कराएं। बैठक में एमसीसी अंतर्गत अभी तक की गई कार्यवाहियों की जानकारी भी ली। साथ ही पिछले 24 घंटों में कितनी अनु‍मतियां जारी की गईं हैं तथा कितने निरस्‍त किए गए के संबंध में संबंधित नोडल अधिकारी से जानकारी ली गई है। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी व कलेक्‍टर ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी चुनाव कार्य को प्राथमिकता में लेकर कार्य करें। निर्वाचन कार्य में लापरवाही बिल्‍कुल बर्दाश्‍त नहीं की जाएगी। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी समय पर पहुंचें। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान काउंटर में उपस्थिति पत्रक भरकर अपनी उपस्थिति देंवें। काउंटर में उतने ही उपस्थिति पत्रक होंगे जितने अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण के लिए बुलाया गया है। कलेक्‍टर श्री सक्‍सेना ने विशेष रूप से कहा कि प्रशिक्षण में निर्धारित समय पर पहुंचें अन्यथा अनुपस्थित मानकर अनुशासनात्‍मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Meeting of nodal officers regarding election preparations concluded

Jabalpur - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Deepak Saxena held a meeting of all the nodal officers today and reviewed the election preparations. During this, a detailed review of postal ballot, SST, VST, VVET and vehicle system etc. was done. He directed the nodal officers to hold a meeting with the team members and ask them to work as per the instructions of the Commission. Also said that the team should also be trained. Instructions were given to conduct micro observer training at Manas Bhawan on 1st April. Randomization and commissioning should be done in the presence of the observer. Information about the actions taken so far under MCC was also taken in the meeting. Also, information has been taken from the concerned nodal officer regarding how many permissions have been issued and how many have been canceled in the last 24 hours. District Election Officer, District Election Officer and Collector said that all officers and employees should work on election work on priority. Negligence in election work will not be tolerated at all. All officers and employees should reach on time during the training. During the training, mark your attendance by filling the attendance sheet at the counter. The counter will have as many attendance sheets as the number of officers and employees who have been called for training. Collector Mr. Saxena specifically said that you should reach the training on time, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken as absenteeism.
