नीमच - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के तहत कलेक्‍टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री दिनेश जैन की अध्‍यक्षता में शनिवार को नीमच जिले में मतदान दलों के कर्मचारियों को मतदान प्रक्रिया का प्रशिक्षण देने वाले विधानसभा स्‍तरीय मास्‍टर ट्रेनर का प्रशिक्षण कलेक्‍टोरेट सभाकक्ष नीमच में आयोजित किया गया। इस मौके पर जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री गुरूप्रसाद, एडीएम सुश्री लक्ष्‍मी गामड, डिप्‍टी कलेक्‍टर सुश्री मयूरी जोकव अन्‍य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। इस प्रशिक्षण में मास्‍टर ट्रेनर्स को एसएलएमटी श्री मनोज जैन ने मतदान दल प्रशिक्षण, मतदान दलों में शामिल कर्मचारियों की संख्‍या, वितरण स्‍थान एवं व्‍यवस्‍थाएं, पीटासीन अधिकारियों को दी जाने वाली सामग्री मतदान केंद्र पहुंचने पर की जाने वाली कार्यवाही, नोटिस प्रदर्शित करने, वेबकास्टिंग, वेबकास्टिंग के दौरान कैमरे की स्थिति, मतदान दल के साथ बैठक, मतदान अधिकारियों के कार्य, मतदान प्रारंभ होने के पूर्व की तैयारी, मॉकपोल का आयोजन, वास्‍तविक मतदान के लिए कंट्रोल यूनिट तैयार करने, गम्‍भीर भूल या गलतियां नहीं करने, मतदान प्रारंभ करने, मतदाताओं की पहचान के दस्‍तावेज आदि बिंदुओं पर पावर प्रजेन्‍टेशन के माध्‍यम से प्रशिक्षण दिया। प्रशिक्षण में प्रशिक्षणार्थियों की जिज्ञासा एवं प्रश्‍नों का समाधान भी किया गया।

Neemuch - Under the chairmanship of Collector and District Election Officer Shri Dinesh Jain, under the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, the training of Assembly level Master Trainer, who imparts training on voting process to the employees of polling parties in Neemuch district, was organized in Collectorate Hall, Neemuch on Saturday. On this occasion, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Guruprasad, ADM Ms. Lakshmi Gamad, Deputy Collector Ms. Mayuri Jokav and other officers were present. In this training, SLMT Shri Manoj Jain gave training to master trainers about polling team training, number of employees involved in polling teams, distribution places and arrangements, material to be given to presiding officers, action to be taken on reaching the polling station, display of notice, webcasting, Positioning of cameras during webcasting, meeting with the polling team, duties of polling officers, preparations before commencement of poll, conducting mock poll, preparing the control unit for actual polling, avoiding serious mistakes or errors, commencement of polling, Gave training through power presentation on points like voter identification documents etc. The curiosities and questions of the trainees were also resolved during the training.
