सतना - निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के कार्यक्रम की घोषणा करने के साथ ही आदर्श आचरण संहिता प्रभावशील हो गई हैं। आयोग के निर्देशानुसार आदर्श आचरण संहिता के प्रभावी होने के समय किसी भी धार्मिक स्थान में राजनैतिक सभा करने अथवा किसी भी माध्यम से प्रचार करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। उल्लंघन करने पर दंडात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। निर्वाचन आयोग ने सभी कलेक्टर्स एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी को इस संबंध में दिए गए निर्देशों का कठोरता से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। निर्देशों में कहा गया है कि सभी नगरपालिका अधिकारियों को क्षेत्र मे होर्डिंग के लिए चिन्हित स्थलों की दरों का निर्धारण कर कुछ स्थलों को स्वीप एवं निर्वाचन संबंधी अन्य जानकारी प्रदर्शित करने हेतु आरक्षित करें। साथ ही अन्य उपलब्ध स्थलों को निर्धारित दरों पर समानता के अनुसार प्रचार के लिए उपलब्ध कराएं। सभी एसडीएम को सभा स्थलों का चिन्हांकन कर उक्त स्थलों में कानून व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने एवं सीसीटीवी कैमरे स्थापित करने की कार्यवाही शीघ्र संपादित करने के लिए कहा है। साथ ही लाउडस्पीकर चलाने की अनुमति देते समय सभी शर्तों का स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख किया जाये एवं शर्तों का अनुपालन पूरी कड़ाई के साथ करें।
