सीहोर - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के कार्यक्रम की धोषणा के साथ ही आदर्श आचार संहिता प्रभावशील हो गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रवीण सिंह ने निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया सुव्यावस्थित और शांति पूर्वक संचालित हो इसके लिए गत दिवस दण्ड प्रक्रिया के तहत आदेशजारी किये गये है। जारी आदेशानुसारलोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 स्वतंत्र, स्वच्छ, निर्विध्न एवं शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संचालित कराने को दृष्गित रखेते हुए जिल के सभी मतदान केन्द्रों पर बलात् कब्जा करने, मतदाताओं एवं निर्वाचन में संलग्न अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को डराने धमकाने और उन पर अनुचित प्रभाव ना डालने के लिये निर्वाचन की प्रक्रिया आरंभ होने के समय से आग्नेय एवं प्राणघातक हथियारों पर तत्काल रूप से प्रतिबंधित किया जाता है। जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री प्रवीण सिंह द्वारा शस्त्र अधिनियम 1959 के तहत जिले के समस्त शस्त्र लायसेंसधारियों के शस्त्र लायसेंस तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर आदेश देता हूं कि 16 मार्च से 06 जून 2024 तक की अवधि में समस्त आग्नेयशस्त्र लायसेंसधारियों से नजदीकी थानों में जमा कराये जावें।यह आदेश कानून एवं व्यवस्था के कार्य में लगे पुलिस अधिकारियों,कर्मचारियों, समस्त केन्द्र शासन एवं राज्य शासन के विभागों में कार्यरत अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, शासन के उपक्रमों में अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, शासकीय/अर्द्धशासकीय/अशासकीय बैंकों के गार्ड के तौर पर कार्यरत लायसेंसियों पर लागू नहीं होगा । लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ हो चुकी है। यह आदेश जिले की सम्पूर्ण सीमा में प्रभावशील होगा।इसके पश्चात शस्त्र लायसेंसधारियों को उनके जमा शस्त्र तुरन्त वापस किये जायेंगे।

Sehore - With the announcement of the schedule of Lok Sabha elections 2024 by the Election Commission of India, the Model Code of Conduct has become effective. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Praveen Singh has issued orders under the penal process last day to ensure that the election process is conducted in an organized and peaceful manner. As per the order issued, keeping in view the conduct of Lok Sabha General Elections 2024 in a free, clean, uninterrupted and peaceful manner, not to forcibly capture all the polling stations of the district, to intimidate the voters and the officers/employees involved in the election, and to not exert undue influence on them. Firearms and lethal weapons are banned immediately from the start of the election process. District Magistrate Shri Praveen Singh, under the Arms Act 1959, suspends the arms licenses of all the arms licensees of the district with immediate effect and order that all the firearms from the licensees should be deposited in the nearest police stations during the period from March 16 to June 06, 2024. This The order is applicable to police officers and employees engaged in law and order work, officers and employees working in all central government and state government departments, officers and employees in government undertakings, licensees working as guards of government/semi-government/non-government banks. Will not done . The process of Lok Sabha general elections 2024 has started. This order will be effective in the entire limits of the district. After this, the arms licensees will be immediately returned their deposited weapons.
