भोपाल - बी उन्मूलन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारियों का प्रशिक्षण एवं उन्मुखीकरण राज्य क्षय प्रत्यक्षण एवं प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र में आयोजित हुआ। प्रशिक्षण में स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पुलिस, चिकित्सालय, गैस राहत चिकित्सालय, खुशीलाल, कस्तूरबा चिकित्सालय के चिकित्सक शामिल हुए। प्रशिक्षण में क्षय रोग के लक्षणों, जांच, टीबी ट्रीटमेंट प्रोटोकॉल, वयस्क बीसीजी टीकाकरण, टीबी उन्मूलन के लिए भारत सरकार के निर्देशों पर जानकारी दी गई। भारत में राष्ट्रीय टीबी कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत 1962 में की गई थी।1997 में भारत सरकार द्वारा नेशनल टीबी प्रोग्राम को पुनरक्षित राष्ट्रीय क्षय नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के रूप में परिवर्तित किया गया। इसी साल डॉट्स पद्धति की शुरुआत भी की गई। नेशनल स्ट्रैटेजिक प्लान 2017-25 के तहत टीबी उन्मूलन के लिए मरीज देखभाल केंद्रित गतिविधियां की जा रही है। जिसमें निजी क्षेत्र में इलाज करवा रहे प्रत्येक टीबी मरीज की जानकारी देना जरूरी किया गया है। प्रत्येक नए मरीज के अनिवार्य नोटिफिकेशन, प्रत्येक नोटिफाइड मरीज का पूरा इलाज, सपोर्टिंग सिस्टम को मजबूत करना शामिल किया गया है । सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट गोल 2030 के तहत टीबी से होने वाली मौतों को साल 2015 के मुकाबले 90% तक कम किया जाना है। इसी के साथ नए प्रकरणों को 80% तक की कमी पर लेकर आना है। प्रशिक्षण को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी भोपाल डॉ. प्रभाकर तिवारी ने कहा कि मरीज में टीबी के लक्षणों की पहचान के लिए चिकित्सकों द्वारा स्क्रीनिंग के लिए पर्याप्त समय देना जरूरी है। मरीज से उसके लक्षणों को विस्तारपूर्वक जानना एवं परिवार की हिस्ट्री लेना भी आवश्यक है । दो सप्ताह की खांसी, दो सप्ताह का बुखार, वजन में कमी होना, बच्चों के वजन में बढ़ोतरी न होना, सीने के एक्सरे में असामान्यता होना, कफ के साथ खून आना, लिंफ ग्लैंड जैसे लक्षण दिखने पर स्पूटम टेस्ट करवाकर मरीज का फॉलोअप लेना जरूरी है। टीबी की पुष्टि होने पर उपचार तुरंत शुरू करना चाहिए , जिससे बीमारी का प्रसार न हो। टीबी मरीजों के साथ रह रहे परिजनों में संक्रमण होने की संभावना 10 प्रतिशत तक रहती है, इसलिए इलाज के दौरान लेटेंट टीबी को नज़र अंदाज़ नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

The National TB Program in India was started in 1962. In 1997, the National TB Program was renamed as the National Tuberculosis Control Program by the Government of India. The DOTS system was also introduced in the same year. Patient care-centric activities are being carried out to eliminate TB under the National Strategic Plan 2017-25. In which it has been made necessary to provide information about every TB patient undergoing treatment in the private sector. Mandatory notification of every new patient, complete treatment of every notified patient, strengthening of supporting system have been included. Under the Sustainable Development Goal 2030, deaths due to TB are to be reduced by 90% as compared to the year 2015. Along with this, new cases have to be reduced by up to 80%. Addressing the training, Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bhopal, Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari said that it is necessary for doctors to give sufficient time for screening to identify the symptoms of TB in the patient. It is also necessary to know the patient's symptoms in detail and take family history. If symptoms like cough for two weeks, fever for two weeks, loss of weight, no increase in weight of children, abnormality in chest X-ray, bleeding with phlegm, lymph glands are seen, it is necessary to get the patient's sputum test done and follow up. Is. Once TB is confirmed, treatment should be started immediately to prevent the spread of the disease. The possibility of infection in family members living with TB patients is up to 10 percent, hence latent TB should not be ignored during treatment.
