विदिशा - कलेक्टर श्री बुद्धेश कुमार वैद्य के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में आबकारी विभाग द्वारा सघन जांच पड़ताल अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर श्री वैद्य ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन को ध्यानगत रखते हुए जिले की सीमाओं में किसी भी प्रकार से अवैध मदिरा का परिवहन व विक्रय ना हो पाए के पुख्ता प्रबंध सुनिश्चित कराए हैं। आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारियों व अधीनस्थ अमले द्वारा सूचना तंत्र उन्नत कर चहुंओर चैकनी नजर रखी जा रही है। जिला आबकारी अधिकारी श्री विनय कुमार रंगशाही ने बताया कि अभियान के संचालन हेतु सहायक आबकारी अधिकारी श्री मुकेश कुमार मौर्य के नेतृत्व में विशेष कार्यवाहियों को अंजाम दिया जा रहा है। विभाग को गुप्त सूचनाओं के आधार पर प्राप्त जानकारियों के आधार पर अविलंब कार्यवाही को पूरा कर आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किया गया है। सहायक आबकारी अधिकारी श्री मुकेश कुमार मौर्य ने बताया कि अभियान के तहत सोमवार 25 मार्च को आबकारी उप निरीक्षक सुनील कुमार चैहान द्वारा मुखबिर सूचना के आधार पर घाटखेड़ी चैराहा के पास की गई नाकाबंदी के दौरान एक संदिग्ध मोटरसाइकिल वाहन एमपी 40 एमके 7510 से एक प्लास्टिक की बोरी मे 320 पाव प्रत्येक की धारिता 180- 180 एम एल कुल 57.6 बल्क ली. देशी मदिरा प्लेन बरामद की गई है। बरामद शुदा मदिरा व परिवहन में उपयोग की जा रही मोटरसाइकिल को कब्जे में लेकर आरोपीगण संतोष लोधी पिता श्री पदम सिंह 33 वर्ष निवासी अहमदपुर कस्बा थाना सिविल लाइन विदिशा और दातार सिंह कुशवाहा पिता श्री इमरत सिंह 31 वर्ष निवासी अहमदपुर कस्बा थाना सिविल लाइन विदिशा के विरुद्ध म.प्र. आबकारी अधिनियम 1915 संसोधित 2000 की धारा 34 (1)क ,34 (2)के तहत विधिवत रूप से प्रकरण कायम कर विवेचना में लिया गया। आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश कर जेल भेजा गया। जब्तशुदा सामग्री मदिरा व टरसाइकिल वाहन का बाजार मूल्य 60 हजार 800 रुपये आंकलित किया गया है। उक्त कार्यवाही वृत्त आबकारी स्टाफ एवं नगर सैनिकों के संयुक्त समन्वय से संपादित की गई है।
Illegal liquor crackdown continues, liquor and motorcycle seized
Vidisha - In compliance with the instructions of Collector Shri Budhesh Kumar Vaidya, an intensive investigation campaign is being conducted by the Excise Department. Keeping in mind the Lok Sabha elections, Collector Shri Vaidya has made sure that there is no transportation and sale of illegal liquor within the boundaries of the district. The information system has been upgraded by the officers and subordinate staff of the Excise Department and a vigil is being maintained everywhere. District Excise Officer Shri Vinay Kumar Rangshahi said that special actions are being carried out under the leadership of Assistant Excise Officer Shri Mukesh Kumar Maurya to conduct the campaign. On the basis of information received by the department on the basis of secret information, immediate action has been taken and the case has been registered under the Excise Act. Assistant Excise Officer Shri Mukesh Kumar Maurya said that under the campaign, on Monday, March 25, during the blockade conducted by Excise Sub Inspector Sunil Kumar Chauhan on the basis of informer information, near Ghatkhedi intersection, a plastic bag was recovered from a suspicious motorcycle vehicle MP 40 MK 7510. The sack contained 320 pavs each with a capacity of 180-180 ml, a total of 57.6 bulk. Country liquor plane has been recovered. Against the accused, Santosh Lodhi, father Shri Padam Singh, 33 years resident of Ahmedpur Kasba police station, Civil Line, Vidisha and Datar Singh Kushwaha, father, Shri Imrat Singh, 31 years, resident of Ahmedpur Kasba Police Station, Civil Line, Vidisha, for taking possession of the recovered liquor and the motorcycle being used for transportation. M.P. Under Section 34 (1) A and 34 (2) of the Excise Act 1915, amended in 2000, the case was duly registered and taken into consideration. The accused was arrested, presented before the court and sent to jail. The market value of the seized material, liquor and tricycle vehicle has been estimated at Rs 60 thousand 800. The above action has been taken with the joint coordination of circle excise staff and city soldiers.
