महासमुंद - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के लिए महासमुंद लोकसभा क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर एवं कलेक्टर श्री प्रभात मलिक के कार्यालय कक्ष क्रमांक 06 में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा नाम निर्देशन पत्र जमा किया जाएगा। इस संबंध में सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों तथा संबंधित अन्य अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण कलेक्ट्रेट के सभाकक्ष में आयोजित किया गया। इस अवसर पर कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रभात मलिक ने कहा कि नाम निर्देशन पत्र तथा प्रारूप 26 में शपथ पत्र प्राप्त करते समय उसके प्रत्येक कॉलम की भली भांति जांच करनी चाहिए। इसी तरह अभ्यर्थियों को दी जाने वाली जांच सूची भी सावधानी पूर्वक तैयार करना चाहिए। प्रशिक्षण में अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री निर्भय साहू, अपर कलेक्टर श्री रवि कुमार साहू,  एसडीएम महासमुंद श्री उमेश साहू,  डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री हरिशंकर पैकरा  एवं  श्री आशीष कर्मा उपस्थित थे। जिला मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री तोषण गिरि गोस्वामी ने प्रशिक्षण देते हुए बताया कि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा नामांकन शुल्क 25 हजार रुपए जमा किया जाएगा। अनुसूचित एवं जनजाति वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को इस पर 50 प्रतिशत की छूट मिलेगी। परंतु इसके लिए उन्हें सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। एक अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा अधिकतम 4 सेट में नाम निर्देशन पत्र जमा किया जा सकता है। राष्ट्रीय मान्यता प्राप्त एवं छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त दलों के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए प्रस्तावकों की संख्या एक होगी। इसी प्रकार अन्य राज्यों के मान्यता प्राप्त दलों तथा निर्दलीय अभ्यर्थियों के लिए प्रस्तावकों की संख्या 10 होनी चाहिए। ये प्रस्तावक महासमुंद लोकसभा क्षेत्र के मतदाता होने चाहिए। नामांकन दाखिल करते समय रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के कक्ष में अभ्यर्थी सहित कुल 5 व्यक्ति प्रवेश कर सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थियों के शपथ पत्र के सभी कॉलम भरे होने चाहिए। उनके द्वारा स्टाम्प साइज के फोटो जमा किए जाएंगे जो तीन माह से अधिक पुराना न हो। फोटो की पृष्ठभूमि सफेद होनी चाहिए, परंतु फोटो रंगीन व श्वेत श्याम हो सकता है। टोपी लगाकर या काला चश्मा लगाया हुआ फोटो स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Training given to officers and employees related to obtaining nomination papers

Mahasamund - For the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, nomination papers will be submitted by the candidates in the office room number 06 of the Returning Officer and Collector of Mahasamund Lok Sabha constituency, Shri Prabhat Malik. In this regard, training of Assistant Returning Officers and other concerned officers and employees was organized in the meeting room of the Collectorate. On this occasion, Collector and District Election Officer Shri Prabhat Malik said that while receiving the nomination letter and affidavit in Format 26, each column should be checked thoroughly. Similarly, the checklist given to the candidates should also be prepared carefully. Additional Collector and Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Nirbhay Sahu, Additional Collector Mr. Ravi Kumar Sahu, SDM Mahasamund Mr. Umesh Sahu, Deputy Collector Mr. Harishankar Paikra and Mr. Ashish Karma were present in the training. While giving training, District Master Trainer Shri Toshan Giri Goswami told that the enrollment fee of Rs 25 thousand will be deposited by the candidate. Candidates belonging to Scheduled and Tribe category will get 50 percent discount on this. But for this they will have to present the caste certificate issued by the competent authority. Nomination papers can be submitted in maximum 4 sets by a candidate. The number of proposers for candidates from nationally recognized and Chhattisgarh state recognized parties will be one. Similarly, for recognized parties and independent candidates of other states, the number of proposers should be 10. These proposers should be voters of Mahasamund Lok Sabha constituency. At the time of filing nomination, a total of 5 persons including the candidate can enter the Returning Officer's room. All the columns of the candidates' affidavit should be filled. They will have to submit stamp size photographs which are not more than three months old. The background of the photo should be white, but the photo can be colored or black and white. Photographs wearing caps or dark glasses will not be accepted.
