गरियाबंद - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकरी श्री दीपक कुमार अग्रवाल ने आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए गरियाबंद जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कृषि उपज मंडी परिसर में राजिम और बिन्द्रानवागढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए बनाये स्ट्रांग रूम का निरीक्षण किया। कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने विधानसभा वार बनाए गए स्ट्रांग रूमों में जाकर ईव्हीएम मशीनों और मतदान दलों को वितरित की जाने वाली सामग्रियों की व्यवस्था की जानकारी ली।कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल को उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राकेश गोलछा ने अब तक की गई तैयारियों की जानकारी दी और मतदान दलों को सामग्री वितरण तथा वापसी पर सामग्री लेने की व्यवस्थाएं बताई। कलेक्टर ने मतगणना के लिए तय कमरों में भी पहुंचकर वहां किए जा रहे इंतजामों का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने स्ट्रांगरूम तथा मतगणना स्थल पर सुरक्षा के इंतजामों की जानकारी ली। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाए गए है, साथ ही ईव्हीएम कन्ट्रोल रूम, पेयजल, टायलेट, बैरिकेटिंग, शाईनेज, फायर अलार्म, सहित अन्य व्यवस्थाओं के अलावा विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए तैनात टीमों एवं उनके कार्यों की जानकारी दी गई। इस दौरान कलेक्टर ने स्ट्रांग रूम, मंडी परिसर की साफ-सफाई कराने के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिये है। इस अवसर पर एसडीएम गरियाबंद श्री विशाल महाराणा, राजिम श्रीमती अर्पिता पाठक, मैनपुर श्री हितेश पिस्दा, लोक निर्माण के कार्यपालन अभियंता श्री अनुज शर्मा, एनआईसी के उप निदेशक श्री नेहरू निराला सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
Collector took stock of necessary arrangements and preparations in the strong room
Gariaband - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Deepak Kumar Aggarwal inspected the strong room built for Rajim and Bindranavagarh assembly constituencies in the Agricultural Produce Market complex located at Gariaband district headquarters for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Collector Shri Aggarwal went to the strong rooms made assembly wise and took information about the arrangements for EVM machines and materials to be distributed to the polling parties. Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Rakesh Golchha informed Collector Mr. Aggarwal about the preparations made so far and explained the arrangements for distribution of material to the polling parties and collecting the material on return. The Collector also reached the rooms fixed for counting of votes and took stock of the arrangements being made there. He inquired about the security arrangements at the strongroom and the counting venue. The District Election Officer said that CCTV cameras have been installed for security arrangements, along with other arrangements including EVM control room, drinking water, toilet, barricading, shine, fire alarm, etc. and gave information about the teams deployed for the assembly constituencies and their work. Went. During this time, the Collector has given instructions to the concerned officials to clean the strong room and market premises. On this occasion, SDM Gariaband Mr. Vishal Maharana, Rajim Mrs. Arpita Pathak, Mainpur Mr. Hitesh Pisda, Executive Engineer of Public Works Mr. Anuj Sharma, Deputy Director of NIC Mr. Nehru Nirala and other officers were present.
