कोरबा -  कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अजीत वसंत के निर्देशन में जिला पंचायत सभाकक्ष में लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के लिए गठित स्थैतिक जांच दलों में शामिल अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया गया। मास्टर ट्रेनर डॉ. एम.एम.जोशी ने अपर कलेक्टर श्रीकांत वर्मा की उपस्थिति में स्थैतिक निगरानी दल के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बताया गया कि प्रत्येक दल में एक मजिस्ट्रेट और तीन या चार पुलिस कर्मी होंगे जो चेक पोस्ट पर कार्यरत होंगे। यह दल प्रमुख मुख्यमार्गीय सड़कों, जिले की सीमाओं पर चेक पोस्ट स्थापित करेगा और अपने क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब, रिश्वत की वस्तुओं या भारी मात्रा में नकदी, हथियार एवं गोला-बारूद के लाने एवं ले जाने तथा असामाजिक तत्वों की आवाजाही पर भी नजर रखेगा। जांच किये जाने की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया की वीडियोग्राफी की जाएगी। निर्धारित फार्मेट में दैनिक कार्यकलाप रिपोर्ट भेजेगा और उसकी प्रति आरओ, डीईओ और व्यय प्रेक्षक, सामान्य प्रेक्षक एवं पुलिस मुख्यालय के नोडल अधिकारी जिले की ऐसी सभी रिपोर्टों का संकलन करेंगे और उसी दिन फैक्स/ई मेल के जरिए आयोग को भेजा जायेगा। इसके साथ ही उसकी एक प्रति राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को भी भेजी जायेगी। स्थैतिक एवं उड़नदस्ता दल सी-विजिल व ईएसएमएस ऐप में सक्रिय रहेंगे। उसके आधार पर आगे की कार्यवाही करेंगे। स्थैतिक निगरानी दलों द्वारा संपूर्ण जांच प्रक्रिया कार्यपालन मजिस्ट्रेट की उपस्थिति में की जाएगी और उसकी वीडियोग्राफी की जाएगी। मजिस्ट्रेट के द्वारा ईएसएमएस ऐप में प्रविष्टि की जाएगी तथा जानकारी संबंधित नोडल अधिकारी को प्राप्त होगी। संबंधित विभाग के नोडल अधिकारी द्वारा नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों को निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देश के अनुसार कार्यवाही करने हेतु निर्देश दिए गए।

Korba - Under the direction of Collector and District Election Officer Shri Ajit Vasant, training of officers and employees included in the static investigation teams formed for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 was organized in the District Panchayat Assembly Hall. Master trainer Dr. M.M. Joshi gave training to the officers and employees of the static monitoring team in the presence of Additional Collector Shrikant Verma. During the training, it was told that each team will have a magistrate and three or four police personnel who will be working at the check post. This team will set up check posts on major arterial roads, district borders and will also keep an eye on the movement of illicit liquor, bribe items or huge amounts of cash, arms and ammunition and movement of anti-social elements in its area. The entire process of investigation will be videographed. Will send daily activity report in the prescribed format and its copy will be sent to the Commission by RO, DEO and Expenditure Observer, General Observer and Nodal Officer of Police Headquarters, all such reports of the district and will be sent to the Commission through fax/e-mail on the same day. Along with this, a copy of it will also be sent to the Chief Electoral Officer of the state. Static and flying teams will remain active in C-VIGIL and ESMS app. Will take further action on that basis. The entire investigation process by the static surveillance teams will be conducted in the presence of the Executive Magistrate and will be videographed. The entry will be made in the ESMS app by the Magistrate and the information will be received by the concerned nodal officer. Action will be taken as per rules by the nodal officer of the concerned department. During the training, all officers and employees were instructed to take action as per the guidelines of the Election Commission.
