रायगढ़ - कलेक्टर श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल के निर्देशन में मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.वी.के.चंद्रवंशी ने आज मातृ एवं शिशु अस्पताल रायगढ़ तथा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र लोईंग का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल की साफ-सफाई, ड्यूटी रोस्टर के अनुसार अपने निर्धारित समय तथा डे्रस कोड के अनुसार मुख्यालय में निवासरत होकर कार्य करने तथा लक्ष्य के अनुरूप संस्थागत प्रसव को बढ़ावा देने हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने समस्त राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों में दिए गए लक्ष्य के अनुरूप उपलब्धि हासिल करने के निर्देश दिए। मितानिन दवा पेटियों में आवश्यक दवा उपलब्ध कराने तथा छूटे हुए आयुष्मान कार्डों को बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सभी चिकित्सकों को अस्पताल में मरीजों के साथ तथा अन्य स्टॉफ  को शालीनता पूर्वक व्यवहार करने हेतु निर्देश दिए। सीएमएचओ डॉ.चंद्रवंशी ने अस्पताल के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों-ओ.पी.डी., आई.पी.डी., दवा वितरण कक्ष, इंजेक्शन कक्ष, लैब, एक्स-रे कक्ष, प्रसव कक्ष, औषधि भण्डार गृह एवं कार्यालय के विभिन्न शाखाओं का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उनके द्वारा अस्पताल के विभिन्न वार्डो में भर्ती मरीजों से मिलकर उन्हे प्राप्त हो रहे स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के बारे में जानकारी ली एवं एनीमिया से बचाव हेतु चिकित्सक के सलाह अनुसार नियमित रूप से आयरन एवं फोलिक एसिड दवा का सेवन करने हेतु कहा।

Chandravanshi today conducted a surprise inspection of Maternal and Child Hospital Raigarh and Community Health Center Loing. During this, he directed to maintain the cleanliness of the hospital, to work in the headquarters as per the prescribed time and dress code as per the duty roster and to promote institutional delivery as per the target. He gave instructions to achieve achievements as per the targets given in all the national programmes. Gave instructions to provide essential medicines in Mitanin medicine boxes and to make the missing Ayushman cards. He instructed all the doctors to behave decently with the patients and other staff in the hospital. CMHO Dr. Chandravanshi inspected various areas of the hospital - OPD, IPD, medicine dispensing room, injection room, lab, X-ray room, delivery room, medicine store and various branches of the office. done inspection. During the inspection, he met the patients admitted in various wards of the hospital and took information about the health facilities being provided to them and asked them to take iron and folic acid medicines regularly as per the doctor's advice to prevent anemia.
