मुंगेली - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राहुल देव ने आज जिला कलेक्टोरेट स्थित कमाण्ड सेंटर में आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन के मद्देनजर निर्वाचन से संबंधित अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में उन्होंने सभी नोडल अधिकारियों को अपने दायित्वों की पूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त करने एवं निर्वाचन संबंधित समस्त तैयारी पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने निर्वाचन से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण, मशीन मूवमेंट प्लान, वाहन व्यवस्था, मतदान केन्द्रों में विद्युत एवं इंटरनेट की व्यवस्था, निर्वाचक सामग्री वितरण व्यवस्था, रूट चार्ट, ईव्हीएम, व्हीव्हीपेट, होम वोटिंग, कम्युनिकेशन प्लान, स्वीप गतिविधि आदि विषयों पर विस्तार से जानकारी ली और सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूरी करने के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए। उन्होंने जिले में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने बेहतर कार्ययोजना बनाकर स्वीप गतिविधि के संचालन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्वाचन में तैनात कर्मियों को गर्मी के समय में स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दिक्कते न हो, इसके लिए पर्याप्त चिकित्सा व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन संबंधित समस्त प्रशिक्षण प्रभावी हो इसके लिए पूर्व से तैयारी सुनिश्चित करें और आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण देवें ताकि संबंधित दल अपने कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से सम्पन्न करा सकें। गौरतलब है कि बिलासपुर लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए निर्वाचन अधिसूचना का प्रकाशन एवं नाम निर्देशन प्रक्रिया 12 अप्रैल से प्रारंभ होगी। नाम निर्देशन प्रक्रिया की अंतिम तिथि 19 अप्रैल, नाम निर्देशन पत्रों की संवीक्षा 20 अप्रैल, नाम निर्देशन वापसी लिए जाने की तिथि 22 अप्रैल, मतदान की तिथि 07 मई, मतगणना की तिथि 04 जून निर्धारित है। लोकसभा क्षेत्र बिलासपुर के लिए नाम निर्देशन की व्यवस्था कलेक्टर कोर्ट रूम बिलासपुर निर्धारित की गई है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र लोरमी एवं मुंगेली हेतु स्ट्राॅंग रूम शासकीय कृषि अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय चातरखार में बनाया गया है। इस अवसर पर अपर कलेक्टर श्रीमती निष्ठा पाण्डेय तिवारी, जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री प्रभाकर पाण्डेय, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती मेनका प्रधान, डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री अजय शतरंज एवं श्रीमती मेनका प्रधान सहित निर्वाचन से संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे ।

Collector took meeting in view of Lok Sabha elections

Mungeli - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Rahul Dev today held a meeting of election related officials in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections at the Command Center located at the District Collectorate. In the meeting, he instructed all the nodal officers to get complete information about their responsibilities and complete all the preparations related to the elections. The Collector took detailed information on election related training, machine movement plan, vehicle arrangements, electricity and internet arrangements in polling stations, electoral material distribution system, route chart, EVM, VHPET, home voting, communication plan, sweep activities etc. And instructions were given to the concerned officials to complete all the necessary preparations. He gave instructions to conduct sweep activity by making a better action plan to increase the voting percentage in the district. He also instructed to make adequate medical arrangements so that the election personnel do not face health related problems during the summer season. He said that to make all election related training effective, ensure prior preparation and provide necessary training so that the concerned parties can complete their work smoothly. It is noteworthy that the publication of election notification and nomination process for Bilaspur Lok Sabha elections will start from April 12. The last date for nomination process is 19th April, scrutiny of nomination papers is 20th April, date for withdrawal of nominations is 22nd April, date of voting is 07th May, date of counting is 04th June. The system of nomination for Lok Sabha constituency Bilaspur has been fixed at Collector Court Room Bilaspur. Strong room for Lormi and Mungeli assembly constituencies has been built in Government Agricultural Engineering College, Chatarkhar. On this occasion, Additional Collector Mrs. Nishtha Pandey Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Mr. Prabhakar Pandey, Deputy District Election Officer Mrs. Maneka Pradhan, Deputy Collector Mr. Ajay Shatranj and Mrs. Maneka Pradhan and election related officers were present.
