जिले के किसान बेमौसम बारिश से हुई फसल क्षति की शिकायत तत्काल दर्ज कराए karaye Aaj Tak 24 News 

कवर्धा - जिले में बीते चार दिनों से लगातार हो रही बेमौसम बारिश से रबी फसल चना, गेहू और उद्यानिकी फसल पपीता और केला के फसल को ज्यादा नुकसान पहुंचा है। कलेक्टर श्री जनमेजय महोबे के निर्देश पर फसल क्षति का सर्वे करने राजस्व, कृषि, उद्यानिकीय और बीमा कंपनी की संयुक्त टीम पहुंच कर काम शुरू कर दिया है। संयुक्त सर्वे टीम को रबी फसलो में चना, गेहू और उद्यानिकीय फसलों में पपिता और केली की फसलों में क्षति पहुंचने की जानकारी समाने आ रही है। कलेक्टर ने तहसीलवार ओलावृष्टि और बारिश वालें क्षेत्रों सहित सभी फसलों की क्षति का आंकलन करने के निर्देश दिए है। कलेक्टर ने बीमा और बिना बीमा दोनों प्रकार के फसलों को सर्वे करने के निर्देश दिए है,ताकि दोनों प्रकार के किसानों राहत मिल सके। कवर्धा तहसील के दशरंगपुर, भागुटोला, बोड़ला तहसील के ग्राम महराजपुर सहित आसपास के गांवों में बेमौसम बारिश और ओलावृष्टि से प्रभावित फसलों का नजरी आंकलन करने कलेक्टर स्वयं खेतों तक पहुंचे। इसी प्रकार कवर्धा, बोड़ला, सहसपुर लोहरा और पंडरिया तहसील के अंतर्गत राजस्व, कृषि, उद्यानिकीय और बीमा कंपनी की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा सर्वे का काम किया जा रहा है। सर्वे टीम द्वारा किसानों को यह भी जानकारी दी जा रही है कि जिन-जिन किसानों ने अपने फसलों का बीमा नहीं कराया है, ऐसे फसलों की क्षति पूर्ति राजस्व पुस्तक परिपत्र 6/4 के तहत सहायता राशि दी जाएगी। इसी प्रकार बीमा कंपनी द्वारा भी प्रकरण तैयार किया जा रहा है। कृषि उपसंचालक ने बताया कि जिले में अब तक 20 हजार से अधिक किसानों ने अपने ओला वृष्टि और बेमौसम बारिश से फसलों को क्षति पहुंचने का बीमा की पोर्टल में शिकायत अथवा सूचना दर्ज कराया है। यह संख्या और बढ़ सकती है।  कलेक्टर श्री जनमेजय महोबे ने जिले में दो तीन से असामयिक वर्षा और ओलावृष्टि से प्रभावित किसानां को  बीमित एवं क्षतिपूर्ति की सहायता राशि दिलाने की कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होने जिले के किसानां से अपील करते हुए कहा की बेमौसम बारिश से हुई फसल क्षति की शिकायत तत्काल दर्ज कराए।

Kawardha - Due to continuous unseasonal rains in the district for the last four days, crops of Rabi crop gram, wheat and horticulture crops papaya and banana have suffered a lot. On the instructions of Collector Shri Janmejay Mahobe, a joint team of Revenue, Agriculture, Horticulture and Insurance Company has started the work to survey the crop damage. The joint survey team is getting information about damage to the crops of gram, wheat in Rabi crops and papaya and banana crops in horticultural crops. The Collector has given instructions to assess the damage to all crops including the areas hit by hailstorm and rain, tehsil wise. The Collector has given instructions to survey both insured and non-insured crops, so that both types of farmers can get relief. Collectors themselves reached the fields to assess the crops affected by unseasonal rains and hailstorms in nearby villages including Dashrangpur, Bhagutola of Kawardha tehsil, village Maharajpur of Bodla tehsil. Similarly, survey work is being done by a joint team of Revenue, Agriculture, Horticulture and Insurance Company under Kawardha, Bodla, Sahaspur Lohra and Pandariya tehsils. Farmers are also being informed by the survey team that those farmers who have not insured their crops, will be given assistance under Revenue Book Circular 6/4 to compensate for the damage to such crops. Similarly, the case is also being prepared by the insurance company. Agriculture Deputy Director said that so far more than 20 thousand farmers in the district have filed complaints or information in the insurance portal about damage to their crops due to hailstorm and unseasonal rain. This number may increase further. Collector Shri Janmejay Mahobe has given instructions to take action to provide insurance and compensation assistance to the farmers affected by two or three untimely rains and hailstorms in the district. He appealed to the farmers of the district to immediately lodge complaints about crop damage caused by unseasonal rains.
