राजनांदगांव -  कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के निर्वाचन कार्य के सुचारू संपादन हेतु कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं अन्य अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए सभी अधिकारी भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों एवं नियमों की अच्छी जानकारी रखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्य के दौरान सभी अधिकारियों में अच्छा समन्वय होना चाहिए। लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए टीम वर्क में अच्छा कार्य करना है। इसके लिए सभी आपसी समन्वय, सहयोग एवं प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करेंगे तथा प्रासंगिक एवं अद्यतन जानकारी से लैस रहेंगे। उन्होंने आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन होने पर संबंधितों को नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। सभी सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं अन्य नोडल अधिकारी सक्रियतापूर्वक कार्य करेंगे। निर्वाचन के दौरान वीवीआईपी दौरे, अनुमति, सभा, जूलूस, रैली, हेलीकॉप्टर के लिए अनुमति जैसे अन्य कार्य के साथ ही समन्वय करते हुए उडऩदस्ता दल, वीडियो अवलोकन दल, व्यय अनुवीक्षण दल, अनुमति एवं आदेश के कार्य समानांतर होते रहेंगे। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण के कार्य तेज गति से होते रहें। मतदान दलों को प्रशिक्षण के दौरान नियुक्ति आदेश एवं अन्य दस्तावेज प्रदान करें। ईटीबीपीएस एवं डाक मतपत्र के लिए जिनकी ड्यूटी लगाई है, वे एक-दूसरे से जुड़े रहे एवं जानकारी लेते रहें। कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि सभी मतदान केन्द्रों में छांव, पेयजल, प्रकाश, साफ-सफाई एवं अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाएं होनी चाहिए। सभी सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर संवेदनशील मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कर लें। मतदान दल में जिनकी ड्यूटी लगी है, उनकों निर्वाचन कर्तव्य प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करने के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि सेक्टर ऑफिसर रिजर्व में ड्यूटी लगे कर्मचारियों को तेज गति से मतदान कराने के लिए कार्य लें। ऐसे मतदान केन्द्र जहां बाऊण्ड्रीवाल नहीं है, वहां बांस-बल्ली से बेरिकेटिंग कराएं। गर्मी के मौसम को ध्यान में रखते हुए शाम के समय मतदान करने वाले लोगों की संख्या अचानक बढ़ सकती है, इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए आवश्यक व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए।

Rajnandgaon - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Sanjay Aggarwal held a meeting of Assistant Returning Officer and other officers in the Collectorate Hall for the smooth conduct of the election work of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The Collector said that for the Lok Sabha elections, all the officers will have good knowledge of the guidelines and rules of the Election Commission of India. He said that there should be good coordination among all the officers during the work. Good work has to be done in team work for Lok Sabha elections. For this, everyone will work with mutual coordination, cooperation and commitment and will be equipped with relevant and updated information. He instructed to issue notice to the concerned in case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct. All Assistant Returning Officers and other nodal officers will work actively. During the elections, the work of flying squad, video observation team, expenditure monitoring team, permission and orders will continue to be done in parallel while coordinating with other work like permission for VVIP tour, permission, meeting, procession, rally, helicopter etc. The Collector said that the training work should continue at a fast pace. Provide appointment orders and other documents to polling parties during training. Those who have been assigned duty for ETBPS and postal ballot should stay connected with each other and keep getting information. Collector Shri Aggarwal said that all polling stations should have shade, drinking water, light, cleanliness and other basic facilities. All Assistant Returning Officers should inspect sensitive polling stations. Took information regarding providing election duty certificates to those who are on duty in the polling party. He said that the Sector Officer Reserve should take up the task of ensuring speedy voting of the employees on duty. In polling stations where there is no boundary wall, barricade should be done with bamboo sticks. Keeping in mind the summer season, the number of people voting may suddenly increase in the evening, instructions were given to make necessary arrangements keeping this in mind.
