छिन्दवाडा - परिवहन आयुक्त ग्वालियर और कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी छिंदवाड़ा श्री शीलेन्द्र सिंह द्वारा दिये गये निर्देशों के परिपालन में लोकसभा निर्वाचन-2024 की आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू होते ही अतिरिक्त क्षेत्रीय परिवहन अधिकारी छिंदवाड़ा द्वारा सभी छोटे-बड़े घरेलू उपयोग के वाहन स्वामियों व सभी व्यावसायिक वाहन संचालकों को हूटर, सायरन, बैनर, स्लोगन, पदनाम नेम प्लेट को तत्काल हटाने संबंधी विशेष निर्देश दिये गये है। इस संबंध में परिवहन विभाग छिंदवाड़ा के विशेष जांच दल  द्वारा कार्यवाही की जा रही है और सभी वसायिक वाहन स्वामियों व वाहन चालकों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि यदि वाहनों में किसी भी राजनैतिक दल से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार के स्लोगन, फोटो, बैनर इत्यादि लगाये गये हों तो उसे तत्काल हटा दें। कई वाहनों में नम्बर प्लेट के साथ ही विभिन्न दलों के पदनाम की भी नेमप्लेट लगी होना पाया जाता है और कई वाहनों के ऊपर बिना अनुमति के सर्च लाइट व हूटर सायरन का उपयोग किया जाता है, ऐसे वाहन संचालकों एवं चालकों को विशेष निर्देश दिये गये है कि वे अपने वाहनों से पदनाम नेमप्लेट, हूटर, स्लोगन, फोटो, बैनर व सायरन तुरंत निकाल कर अलग करें। लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 में मतदान के दिन वाहनों के दुरूपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के उद्देश्य से विशेष जांच दल द्वारा सभी बस, 407, 408 वाहन, जीप आदि के वाहन मालिकों को सख्त हिदायत दी गई कि निर्वाचन के दौरान और मतदान के दिन अपने वाहनों का उपयोग अवैध हथियार और गोला बारूद, शराब की तस्करी करके अशांति न फैलायें। बिना जान-पहचान के व्यक्ति को वाहन किराये पर नहीं दें । यदि वाहन स्वामी या वाहन चालक द्वारा इस प्रकार के कृत्य किये जाते हैं तो उनका वाहन जप्त किया जाकर दोषी के विरूध्द कडी वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जायेगी । इन बिन्दुओं पर जाँच कार्यवाही चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान निरंतर जारी रहेगी।

Chhindwara - In compliance with the instructions given by Transport Commissioner Gwalior and Collector and District Election Officer Chhindwara Shri Sheelendra Singh, as soon as the Model Code of Conduct for Lok Sabha Elections-2024 came into force, the Additional Regional Transport Officer Chhindwara issued a notice to all small and big domestic use vehicle owners and all Special instructions have been given to commercial vehicle operators to immediately remove hooters, sirens, banners, slogans, designation name plates. In this regard, action is being taken by the Special Investigation Team of Transport Department, Chhindwara and all commercial vehicle owners and drivers have been directed not to put any kind of slogan, photo, banner etc. related to any political party in their vehicles. If so, remove it immediately. Many vehicles are found to have name plates with designations of various parties along with number plates and search lights and hooter sirens are used on many vehicles without permission, special instructions have been given to such vehicle operators and drivers. That they should immediately remove designation nameplates, hooters, slogans, photos, banners and sirens from their vehicles. In order to ban the misuse of vehicles on the day of voting in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the Special Investigation Team has given strict instructions to the vehicle owners of all buses, 407, 408 vehicles, jeeps etc. not to use their vehicles during the elections and on the day of voting. Do not spread unrest by smuggling illegal arms and ammunition, liquor. Do not rent a vehicle to anyone you do not know. If such acts are committed by the vehicle owner or driver, their vehicle will be confiscated and strict legal action will be taken against the culprit. Investigation proceedings on these points will continue continuously during the election process.
