पन्ना - जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन अंतर्गत मतदाता शिकायतों के समाधान व भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्देशित कार्यवाहियों के संपादन के लिए अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी निर्धारित की गई है। कलेक्टर कार्यालय के कक्ष क्रमांक 114 में स्थापित काॅल सेन्टर के माध्यम से मतदाताओं की शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए परियोजना अधिकारी जयंती अहिरवार 9685176877 को प्रभारी अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। साथ ही बतौर सहयोगी प्रबंधक लोकसेवा पंकज शिवहरे की ड्यूटी निर्धारित कर मतदाताओं की शिकायतों के समाधान के अनुक्रम में की जाने वाली कार्यवाहियों के तहत कत्र्तव्यों का निर्वहन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इसी तरह हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1950 में आने वाले सभी काॅल को पंजी में प्रविष्ट कर शिकायत के समाधान से संबंधित कार्यवाही की प्रविष्टि भी दर्ज करने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त काॅल सेन्टर में नियुक्त किए गए सहयोगी कर्मचारियों के कार्यों के पर्यवेक्षण के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
