सभी मतदान केन्द्रों में मूलभूत सुविधा सुनिश्चित करें - कलेक्टर collector Aaj Tak 24 News 

सुकमा - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री हरिस. एस  ने लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए नियुक्त सेक्टर अधिकारियों को मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कर भौतिक सत्यापन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कलेक्ट्रेट सभाकक्ष में आयोजित बैठक सह प्रशिक्षण में कलेक्टर  श्री हरिस.एस ने सेक्टर अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आप लोगों पर स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण मतदान कराने की जिम्मेदारी रहती है, इसलिये निर्वाचन से संबंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां रखें। उन्होने सभी सेक्टर अधिकारियों को उन्हे आबंटित मतदान केन्द्रो का निरीक्षण कर बुनियादी सुविधाओं-बिजली, पानी, शौचालय, रेम्प, नेट कनेक्टिविटी आदि का सत्यापन करने और मरम्मत, सुधार की आवश्यकता होने पर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने कहा। प्रशिक्षण में मास्टर ट्रेनर्स द्वारा प्रस्तुतीकरण के जरिए सेक्टर अधिकारियों के दायित्वों एवं कर्तव्यों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया। उन्हे मतदान पूर्व, मतदान दिवस एवं मतदान के बाद किए जाने वाले कार्यो के बारे में बताया गया। सेक्टर अधिकारियो को अधिकृत वाहनो से ही  ईवीएम मशीन लेजाने, मतदान दलो की सहायता, मतदान प्रतिशत की जानकारी भेजने, मतदान के बाद मतदान सामग्री जमा कराने, मतदाताओं के बीच ईवीएम एवं वीवीपेट के बारे में जागरूक करने, चयनित मतदान केन्द्रो में वेबकॉस्टिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने, संवेदनशील मतदान केन्द्रो में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने सहित उनके संपूर्ण दायित्वो के बारे विस्तार से बताया गया। बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर श्री गजेंद्र ठाकुर,  संयुक्त कलेक्टर सूरज कश्यप सहित सभी सेक्टर अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Sukma - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Haris. S has instructed the sector officers appointed for the Lok Sabha elections to inspect the polling stations and conduct physical verification. Addressing the sector officers in the meeting cum training held in the Collectorate Hall, Collector Shri Haris.S said that it is the responsibility of you to conduct free, fair and peaceful voting, hence keep all the important information related to the elections. He asked all the sector officers to inspect the polling stations allotted to them and verify the basic facilities - electricity, water, toilets, ramps, net connectivity etc. and submit a report if there is a need for repairs or improvements. In the training, the responsibilities and duties of the sector officers were explained in detail through the presentation by the master trainers. They were told about the work to be done before voting, on voting day and after voting. Sector officers should be ensured to carry EVM machines in authorized vehicles only, assist polling teams, send information about voting percentage, collect voting material after voting, create awareness among voters about EVMs and VVPATs, arrange webcasting in selected polling stations. Their entire responsibilities, including taking special precautions in sensitive polling stations, were explained in detail. Additional Collector Shri Gajendra Thakur, Joint Collector Suraj Kashyap and all sector officers were present in the meeting.
