कलेक्टर द्वारा लिया गया सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से बैठक bhaithak Aaj Tak 24 News 

जांजगीर-चांपा -  कलेक्टर एवं रिटर्निंग अधिकारी श्री आकाश छिकारा ने आज कलेक्टोरेट कार्यालय के एनआईसी कक्ष में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से 03 जांजगीर-चांपा लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सभी 8 विधानसभा के सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के दौरान आपसी समन्वय और संचार के लिए योजनाबद्ध तरीके से कार्य करें एवं निर्वाचन के कार्यों में किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही नहीं होनी चाहिए। कलेक्टर ने सभी सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को विधानसभा क्षेत्र से संबंधित मूलभूत जानकारी, विभिन्न प्रकार की अनुमति हेतु प्राधिकारी, ईव्हीएम-वीवीपैट, मतपत्र मुद्रण, प्रेक्षक से समन्वय तथा निर्वाचन व्यय अनुवीक्षण के तहत गठित उडनदस्ता दल, स्थैतिक निगरानी दल, वीडियो निगरानी दल, लेखा दल, वीडियो अवलोकन दल की नियुक्ति, प्रशिक्षण एवं निर्वाचन घोषणा के साथ क्रियाशीलता की जानकारी भेजने तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एवं मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुरूप कार्य करने हेतु निर्देशित किया। इस दौरान अपर कलेक्टर श्री एस पी वैद्य, जिला पंचायत मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री गोकुल कुमार रावटे, अपर कलेक्टर श्रीमती लवीना पांडेय, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती निशा नेताम मडावी, संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्रीमती आराध्या राहुल कुमार सहित संबंधित अधिकारी कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।

Meeting of Assistant Returning Officers through video conferencing taken by Collector

Janjgir-Champa - Collector and Returning Officer Mr. Akash Chhikara today held a meeting of Assistant Returning Officers of all the 8 Vidhan Sabhas of 03 Janjgir-Champa Lok Sabha constituency through video conferencing in the NIC room of the Collectorate Office. In the meeting, the Collector said that during the Lok Sabha elections 2024, work should be done in a planned manner for mutual coordination and communication and there should not be any negligence in the election work. The Collector informed all the Assistant Returning Officers about the basic information related to the assembly constituency, authority for various types of permissions, EVM-VVPAT, ballot paper printing, coordination with observers and flying squad team, static surveillance team, video surveillance team, accounts formed under election expenditure monitoring. The team was directed to send information about the appointment, training and functioning of the video observation team along with the election announcement and to work as per the instructions issued by the Election Commission of India and the Chief Electoral Officer. During this, Additional Collector Mr. SP Vaidya, District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gokul Kumar Raote, Additional Collector Mrs. Lavina Pandey, Deputy District Election Officer Mrs. Nisha Netam Madavi, Joint Collector Mrs. Aaradhya Rahul Kumar and related officers and employees were present.
