रायगढ़ - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कार्तिकेया गोयल ने आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभाकक्ष में आगामी निर्वाचन के संबंध में नोडल अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने कहा कि आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन को सफलता पूर्वक संपन्न करने पूर्व की भांति सभी अपने दायित्वों का जिम्मेदारी पूर्वक निर्वहन करें। इस अवसर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री दिव्यांग पटेल, डीएफओ रायगढ़ सुश्री स्टायलो मंडावी, डीएफओ धरमजयगढ़ श्री अभिषेक जोगावत, अपर कलेक्टर सुश्री संतन देवी जांगड़े, अपर कलेक्टर एवं उप जि़ला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राजीव कुमार पाण्डेय, आयुक्त नगर निगम श्री सुनील कुमार चंद्रवंशी उपस्थित रहे। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने सामान्य शाखा, कर्मचारियों की व्यवस्था, यातायात व्यवस्था, निर्वाचन कर्तव्य मत पत्र (डाक मत पत्र) प्रशिक्षण, कम्युनिकेशन प्लान, प्रवेश पत्र निर्वाचन प्रपत्र एवं सामग्री, सामग्री क्रय एवं निविदा, चिकित्सा दल एवं किट की व्यवस्था, शिकायत शाखा, निर्वाचन व्यय लेखा, मानदेय, कानून एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, मतपत्र मुद्रण एवं प्रपत्र/सामग्री रिटर्निंग ऑफिसरों को प्रदाय, कंप्यूटरीकरण एवं वेब कास्टिंग, स्वीप कार्यक्रम, मीडिया प्रमाणन अनुवीक्षण पेड न्यूज के संबंध में तैयारियों पर विस्तार पूर्वक नोडल अधिकारियों से जानकारी ली। कलेक्टर श्री गोयल ने बैठक में उपस्थित सभी नोडल अधिकारियो को उनको दिए गए कार्यों को निरंतर सुचारू रुप के करने तथा रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्वाचन के शिकायत प्रणाली के सबंध में कहा कि सी-विजिल एवं 1950 में प्राप्त शिकायतों का शीघ्रता से निवारण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि जिले में कार्यरत कर्मचारी का नाम जिले के मतदाता सूची में जोडऩा सुनिश्चित करें ताकि वह अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सके। इसके साथ ही निर्वाचन कार्य के लिए अधिकृत वाहनों के चालक एवं कर्मचारियों का फॉर्म 12 भरवाने के निर्देश दिए। उउन्होंने कहा कि अधिकृत वाहनों का फिटनेस, इंश्योरेंस, लॉग बुक आवश्यक जांच करें। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव में कर्मचारी एक महत्वपूर्ण घटक होता है अत: इसके लिए सभी सुविधाएं  सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों के जलपान, रहने की व्यवस्था एवं एंट्री करने के संबंध में निर्देश दिए।

Raigarh - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Karthikeya Goyal today held a meeting of nodal officers regarding the upcoming elections in the Collectorate meeting room. Collector Shri Goyal said that to successfully conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, everyone should discharge their responsibilities responsibly like before. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Mr. Divyang Patel, DFO Raigarh Ms. Stylo Mandavi, DFO Dharamjaygarh Mr. Abhishek Jogawat, Additional Collector Ms. Santan Devi Jangde, Additional Collector and Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Rajeev Kumar Pandey, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Mr. Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi were present. Collector Mr. Goyal made arrangements for the general branch, staff arrangement, transportation arrangements, election duty ballot paper (postal ballot paper), training, communication plan, admit card, election form and material, material purchase and tender, medical team and kit arrangement, complaint branch, Took detailed information from the nodal officers on preparations regarding election expenditure accounting, honorarium, law and security arrangements, ballot printing and supply of forms/materials to returning officers, computerization and web casting, sweep program, media certification monitoring paid news. Collector Mr. Goyal instructed all the nodal officers present in the meeting to carry out the tasks assigned to them smoothly and submit reports. Regarding the election complaint system, he said that he gave instructions to quickly resolve the complaints received in C-Vigil and 1950. He directed to ensure that the name of the employee working in the district is added to the voter list of the district so that he can exercise his franchise. Along with this, instructions were given to fill Form 12 for drivers and employees of vehicles authorized for election work. He said that necessary checks of fitness, insurance and log book of authorized vehicles should be done. He said that employees are an important component in elections, hence all facilities should be ensured for this. He gave instructions regarding refreshments, accommodation arrangements and entry of the employees.
