राजनांदगांव - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 अंतर्गत मतदान के लिए चल रहे पीठासीन अधिकारियों एवं मतदान अधिकारी क्रमांक-1 के प्रथम चरण के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का निरीक्षण किया। कलेक्टर ने प्रशिक्षणार्थियों से चर्चा कर मतदान कराने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मतदान दलों को अनुशासित होने के साथ ही नियम एवं प्रक्रिया की जानकारी होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष तथा शांतिपूर्ण निर्वाचन के लिए यह जरूरी है कि सभी अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बताई गई बातों को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनें, समझें एवं अमल में लाएं। उन्होंने सभी प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को ईवीएम और वीवीपैट, बैलेट यूनिट मशीन की गतिविधियों को स्वयं संचालित कर देखने कहा। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन अंतर्गत चारों विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए मतदान दलों को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है। प्रोजेक्टर के माध्यम से व्यवस्थित तरीके से प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। द्वितीय प्रशिक्षण के बाद उन्हें मतदान सामग्री प्रदान की जाएगी। मतदान सामग्री, ईवीएम, मतदाता सूची, मतदान केन्द्र से संबंधित आवश्यक तैयारी, मॉकपॉल, सीआरसी करना, मशीन सील करना एवं क्लोज करना तथा पत्रक पर हस्ताक्षर करने सहित बारीकी से प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 अंतर्गत मतदान कार्य में ड्यूटी लगाए गए पीठासीन अधिकारियों एवं मतदान दलों के प्रथम चरण का प्रशिक्षण 27 एवं 28 मार्च 2024 को सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5.30 बजे तक गुरूनानक उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय, ठाकुर प्यारेलाल नगर पालिक निगम उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय, महंत सर्वेश्वरदास नगर पालिक निगम उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय एवं महारानी लक्ष्मीबाई आदर्श कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय राजनांदगांव में किया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण स्थल पर प्रशिक्षण कक्ष में आवश्यक व्यवस्था, प्रशिक्षण को सुचारू रूप से संचालन कराने तथा प्रशिक्षणार्थियों की उपस्थिति पत्रक में हस्ताक्षर कराने के लिए अधिकारियों को दायित्व सौंपा गया है। इस अवसर पर जिला पंचायत सीईओ एवं प्रशिक्षण नोडल सुश्री सुरूचि सिंह, संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र 6-राजनांदगांव के एआरओ, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, मास्टर ट्रेनर्स, जोनल अधिकारी एवं प्रशिक्षार्थी उपस्थित थे।

Rajnandgaon - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Sanjay Aggarwal inspected the first phase training program of presiding officers and polling officer number-1 going on for voting under Lok Sabha Elections 2024. The Collector discussed with the trainees and encouraged them to vote. The Collector said that polling parties should be disciplined and should be aware of the rules and procedures. He said that for free, fair and peaceful elections, it is necessary that all the officers listen carefully, understand and implement the things told during the training. He asked all the trainees to observe the functioning of EVMs, VVPATs and ballot unit machines themselves. The Collector said that polling teams are being trained for the four assembly constituencies under the Lok Sabha elections. Training is being given systematically through projectors. After the second training they will be provided with voting material. Detailed training is being provided including necessary preparations related to voting material, EVM, voter list, polling station, mock poll, doing CRC, sealing and closing the machine and signing the leaflet. It is noteworthy that the first phase of training of the presiding officers and polling parties deployed on voting duty under the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held on 27 and 28 March 2024 from 10 am to 5.30 pm at Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School, Thakur Pyarelal Municipal Corporation Higher Secondary School. , Mahant Sarveshvardas Municipal Corporation Higher Secondary School and Maharani Laxmibai Model Girls Higher Secondary School are being built in Rajnandgaon. The officers have been entrusted with the responsibility of making necessary arrangements in the training room at the training site, conducting the training smoothly and getting the signatures in the attendance sheets of the trainees. On this occasion, District Panchayat CEO and Training Nodal Ms. Suruchi Singh, ARO of Parliamentary Constituency 6-Rajnandgaon, District Education Officer, Master Trainers, Zonal Officer and trainees were present.
