जिले में मतदान के प्रतिशत को बढ़ाने विभिन्न गतिविधियों का होगा आयोजन aayojan Aaj Tak 24 News 

महासमुंद - जिले में मतदान के प्रतिशत को बढ़ाने व्यापक कार्ययोजना के लिए महत्त्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रभात मलिक के निर्देशानुसार आज जिला पंचायत सीइओ श्री एस. आलोक, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री निर्भय साहू एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी ने बैठक में विस्तृत कार्ययोजना पर विमर्श करते हुए क्रियान्वयन की रूपरेखा तैयार की। बैठक में विभिन्न चिन्हांकित संस्थानों में आनंद मेला के तर्ज पर चूनई मड़ाई का आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिले के विभिन्न विकासखंडों में युवा सम्मेलन और युवा संसद का आयोजन, रात्रि कालीन मतदाता जागरूकता क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन जिसमे धनराशि पुरुस्कार भी दिया जाएगा। विकासखंडों में नए युवा वोटरों को जोड़ने मतदाता जागरूकता युवा कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन, अंतर विद्यालयीन क्विज प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन जहा वोटिंग प्रतिशत कम है, वहां  प्रमुख रूप से आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए। दिव्यांग सम्मेलन, पीवीटीजी मतदाताओं को 100 प्रतिशत मतदान कराने, विशेष समूह तृतीय समुदाय जो कि बागबाहरा में करीब 20 परिवार को जागरूक करने का लक्ष्य, शैक्षणिक संस्थानों एवं  कार्यालयीन परिसरों, गैर राजनीतिक संघो में 100 प्रतिशत मतदान करने शपथ, उद्योग एवं मिलो में कर्मचारियों को जागरूक करने का लक्ष्य, सोशल मीडिया में रील के माध्यम से प्रचार प्रसार, 85 साल के ऊपर वोटरों को होम वोटिंग का विकल्प दिया जाएगा। साथ ही 10 पिंक बूथ, 5 यूथ बूथ, 5 दिव्यांग बूथ बनाए जाएंगे। व्हील चेयर की पर्याप्त मात्रा हर बूथ में उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना, सेल्फी जोन, वृद्धों के बूथ तक पहुंचने आदर्श सीढ़ियो का निर्माण, स्वयं सहायता समूहों को साधने का लक्ष्य, व्हील चेयर क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता का भी आयोजन, जिला व ब्लाक के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में चिन्हांकित आईकॉनो से मतदान के प्रति जागरूक करने का लक्ष्य, शहरी स्वच्छता मिशन केन गड़ियो में प्रचार प्रसार करने के लिए विभिन्न ब्लॉक में पर्याप्त बैनर पोस्टर लगाने का लक्ष्य, नरेगा श्रमिकों को प्रेरित करने कार्य स्थल पर स्वीप गतिविधियों को लेकर प्रचार प्रसार, एक मतदान दीप के नाम का भी आयोजन, पानी टंकियों में चित्रकारी के माध्यम से प्रचार प्रसार सुनिचित, हॉस्टलो में बच्चो को अपने परिजनों को पोस्टल कार्ड के माध्यम से मतदान अपील करने का निर्णय लिया गया। बैठक में श्री रेखराज शर्मा, महाविद्यालय के नोडल अधिकारी, विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी एवं जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े थे।

Various activities will be organized to increase the voting percentage in the district.

Mahasamund - An important meeting was organized for a comprehensive action plan to increase the voting percentage in the district. As per the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Prabhat Malik, today District Panchayat CEO Mr. S. Alok, Deputy District Election Officer Shri Nirbhay Sahu and officials of related departments discussed the detailed action plan in the meeting and prepared the outline for implementation. In the meeting, Chunai Madai will be organized on the lines of Anand Mela in various identified institutions. Organization of Youth Conference and Youth Parliament in various development blocks of the district, organization of night voter awareness cricket competition in which monetary prize will also be given. Instructions were given to organize voter awareness youth kabaddi competition and inter-school quiz competition mainly in the development blocks where the voting percentage is low. Divyang Sammelan, aim to ensure 100 percent voting to PVTG voters, special group III community which is about 20 families in Bagbahra, target to make aware, 100 percent voting oath in educational institutions and office complexes, non-political associations, employees in industries and meetings. The aim is to create awareness, spread publicity through reels in social media, voters above 85 years of age will be given the option of home voting. Besides, 10 pink booths, 5 youth booths and 5 disabled booths will be made. Ensuring availability of adequate number of wheel chairs in every booth, selfie zone, construction of ideal stairs to reach the booths for the elderly, aim of cultivating self-help groups, also organizing wheel chair cricket competition, marking icons in the educational institutions of the district and block. Target to create awareness about voting, Urban Sanitation Mission, target to put up enough banner posters in different blocks to spread publicity in Ken Gadiya, publicity regarding sweep activities at work place to motivate NREGA workers, name of a polling lamp.Also organized, publicity was ensured through painting in water tanks, it was decided to send voting appeal to children in hostels to their families through postal cards. Shri Rekhraj Sharma, Nodal Officer of the college, officers of various departments and district level officers were involved in the meeting through video conferencing.
