सूरजपुर - जिला कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में आज कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री रोहित व्यास द्वारा स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत बैठक रखी गई थी। बैठक में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी द्वारा मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी छ.ग. रायपुर के निर्देशानुसार आगामी लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन-2024 मद्देनजर सुव्यवस्थित मतदाता शिक्षा एवं निर्वाचक सहभागिता (स्वीप) कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत मतदाताओं में मतदान के प्रति जागरूकता लाने, निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया में सहभागिता प्राप्त करने तथा स्वीप कार्ययोजना के तहत् मतदाता जागरूकता के विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन एवं पर्यवेक्षण के लिए जिला स्तरीय स्वीप कोर कमेटी की बैठक आयोजित किया गया। कलेक्टर ने सभी विभागों के समन्वय से शत प्रतिशत मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने स्वीप की गतिविधि को त्योहारों में शामिल करने, महिला, बच्चों, दिव्यांगजनों सभी वर्गों को मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने मतदाता जागरूकता के लिए नवाचार करने और जागरूकता की शपथ दिलाने कहा। बैठक में सभी संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
Meeting organized under SWEEP program
Surajpur - A meeting was held today under the SVEEP program by Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Rohit Vyas in the District Collectorate meeting room. In the meeting, the Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh was presented by the Collector and the District Election Officer. According to the instructions of Raipur, in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha General Election-2024, under the well-organized Voter Education and Electoral Participation (SWEEP) program, better implementation and implementation of various programs of voter awareness under the SVEEP action plan to bring awareness among the voters about voting, to get participation in the election process and District level sweep core committee meeting was organized for supervision. The Collector gave instructions to make 100 percent voters aware in coordination with all the departments. In the meeting, the Collector and District Election Officer gave instructions to include the sweep activity in the festivals and to connect all sections of women, children and disabled people with the voter awareness campaign. The Collector asked to innovate for voter awareness and administer the oath of awareness. All concerned officers were present in the meeting.
