सूरजपुर - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री रोहित व्यास के निर्देशन एवं प्रशिक्षण नोडल अधिकारी श्रीमती कमलेश नंदनी साहू मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत सूरजपुर तथा उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री नरेन्द्र पैकरा संयुक्त कलेक्टर के मार्गदर्शन में लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के दृष्टिगत मास्टर ट्रेनर्स को जिला पंचायत सूरजपुर के सभाकक्ष में द्वितीय प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। जिसमें जिला स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री पी.सी. सोनी प्राचार्य द्वारा मास्टर ट्रेनर की भूमिका, उनके कार्य एवं उत्तरदायित्व, मतदान प्रक्रिया के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया। मास्टर ट्रेनर को यह निर्देशित किया गया कि आप पीठासीन अधिकारी की हस्तपुस्तिका का गंभीरता पूर्वक अध्ययन कर मतदान दलों को कुशलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण दें। मतदान दलों द्वारा मतदान प्रक्रिया को सुव्यवस्थित सम्पन्न कराने में मास्टर ट्रेनर की अहम भूमिका होती है। वे जितने अच्छे ढंग से मतदान दलों को प्रशिक्षित करेंगे, उतनी ही अच्छे ढंग से स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष मतदान प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न होगी। सभी मास्टर ट्रेनर को पी.पी.टी. के माध्यम से ईव्हीएम एवं व्हीव्हीपैट की कार्यप्रणाली, मतदान मशीन में आने वाली त्रुटियां और उसका निवारण, मॉक पोल एवं वास्तविक मतदान के समय मशीनों का रिप्लेसमेंट नियम, पीठासीन अधिकारी और मतदान अधिकारी क्रमांक 1, 2, 3 के कार्य को विस्तार से बताया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में प्रशिक्षण नोडल अधिकारी श्रीमती कमलेश नंदनी साहू द्वारा मास्टर ट्रेनर्स को सम्बोधित करते हुये आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन दिया गया। अंत में सभी मास्टर ट्रेनर से ईव्हीएम एवं व्हीव्हीपैट का हैण्डसऑन करा कर व मतपत्र लेखा प्रारूप 17-ग की प्रविष्टि कराकर व्यवहारिक ज्ञान दिया गया।

Surajpur - Under the guidance of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Rohit Vyas and training nodal officer Mrs. Kamlesh Nandani Sahu, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Surajpur and Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Narendra Paikra, under the guidance of Joint Collector, in view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, master trainers were trained in District Panchayat Surajpur. Second training was given in the meeting room of. In which district level master trainer Shri P.C. The role of Master Trainer, his work and responsibilities, voting process was explained in detail by Soni Principal. The Master Trainer was directed to carefully study the handbook of the Presiding Officer and train the polling teams efficiently. Master trainers play an important role in making the voting process organized by the polling parties. The better they train the polling teams, the better the free and fair voting process will be. PPT to all master trainers. Through this, the working of EVM and VVPAT, errors occurring in voting machine and its resolution, rules for replacement of machines at the time of mock poll and actual voting, work of Presiding Officer and Polling Officer No. 1, 2, 3 were explained in detail. In this training, necessary guidance was given by Training Nodal Officer Mrs. Kamlesh Nandani Sahu while addressing the master trainers. In the end, practical knowledge was given to all the master trainers by conducting hands-on of EVM and VVPAT and entry of ballot accounting format 17-C.
