सीहोर - जिला कांग्रेस के पूर्व महासचिव पंकज शर्मा ने सीहोर के अनुविभागीय दंडाधिकारी एवं सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी 159 सीहोर विधानसभा क्षेत्र तन्मय वर्मा से मिलकर उनको एक ज्ञापन सौंपा । ज्ञापन में भाजपा नेताओं द्वारा सीहोर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में लगातार आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन किए जाने और उनके द्वारा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों की धज्जियां उड़ाए जाने का उल्लेख करते हुए ऐसे ही एक मामले की ओर उनका ध्यान आकर्षित किया गया जिसमें पंकज शर्मा ने बताया कि भाजपा नेता और ग्राम पंचायत बरखेड़ा हसन के सरपंच हेमसिंह लोधी द्वारा दिनांक 20 मार्च को बरखेड़ा हसन स्थित मै. किरण वेयर हाउस पर गेंहू उपार्जन केन्द्र का ना सिर्फ शुभारंभ किया गया बल्कि किसानों के द्वारा स्वयं का स्वागत और सम्मान भी करवाकर ये दर्शाने की कोशिश की गई कि जैसे ये उपज भाजपा खरीद रही हो तथा इन उपार्जन केन्द्रों को भाजपा द्वारा ही खोला जा रहा है जबकि ये खरीद राज्य सरकार करती है ना कि कोई राजनैतिक दल। ऐसे में लोकसभा चुनाव की आचार संहिता के समय ऐसा कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर सरकारी आयोजन को हाईजैक कर भाजपामय करके मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करना खुले रूप से आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन है इसलिए इस मामले में ग्राम पंचायत बरखेड़ा हसन के सरपंच हेमसिंह लोधी के खिलाफ आचार संहिता उल्लंघन का मामला दर्ज कर उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। पंकज शर्मा ने आगे कहा कि ऐसे ही एक मामले में भाजयुमो जिलाध्यक्ष पर भी आचार संहिता उल्लंघन का मामला दर्ज हो चुका है, जिसमें उनके द्वारा एक गेंहू उपार्जन केन्द्र का शुभारंभ किया गया था, जबकि इस मामले में तो हेमसिँह लोधी द्वारा ना केवल उपार्जन केन्द्र का शुभारंभ किया गया बल्कि किसानों से स्वयं का स्वागत और सम्मान कराकर चुनाव आयोग के निर्देशों की खुलेआम धज्जियां उड़ाई गई हैं, इसलिए इस मामले में भी भाजयुमो जिलाध्यक्ष वाले मामले की तरह ही कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए हेमसिंह लोधी के खिलाफ आचार संहिता उल्लंघन करने का मामला दर्ज किए जाने की मांग पंकज शर्मा ने सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी से की है।  

Strict action should be taken against the Sarpanch who violates the code of conduct - Pankaj Sharma

Sehore - Former General Secretary of District Congress Pankaj Sharma met Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Sehore and Assistant Returning Officer 159 Sehore Assembly Constituency Tanmay Verma and submitted a memorandum to him. In the memorandum, while mentioning the continuous violation of code of conduct by the BJP leaders in Sehore assembly constituency and flouting of the instructions of the Election Commission of India by them, their attention was drawn towards one such case in which Pankaj Sharma said that BJP Leader and Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Barkheda Hassan Hemsingh Lodhi on 20th March at M/s Barkheda Hassan. Not only was the wheat procurement center inaugurated at Kiran Warehouse, but by getting the farmers themselves welcomed and respected, an attempt was made to show as if the BJP was buying this produce and these procurement centers were being opened by the BJP itself. Whereas this purchase is done by the state government and not by any political party. In such a situation, organizing such a program at the time of code of conduct of Lok Sabha elections and influencing the voters by hijacking the government event and making it BJP is an open violation of the code of conduct. Therefore, in this case, a case of code of conduct violation has been filed against Sarpanch Hemsingh Lodhi of Gram Panchayat Barkheda Hasan. A case should be registered and strict action should be taken against them. Pankaj Sharma further said that in a similar case, a case of violation of code of conduct has also been registered against the BJYM District President, in which a wheat procurement center was inaugurated by him, whereas in this case, not only the procurement center was inaugurated by Hemsingh Lodhi. In fact, the instructions of the Election Commission have been openly flouted by making the farmers welcome and respect themselves, therefore, in this case also, like the case of BJYM District President, strict action has been taken against Hemsingh Lodhi for violating the code of conduct. Pankaj Sharma has demanded the registration from the Assistant Returning Officer.
